Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Palmdale

I ordered my pizza at 6:11 p.m. and followed on the tracker like I always do when I make online orders. Roughly at 7:40 it said the pizza was delivered and I hadn't received the pizza. I started calling to find out what happened and I kept being put on hold. After about 5 minutes of being on hold they answered the phone said nothing and hung up. I figured they were busy so I called back again and was instantly hung up on. I called back for more times and was hung up on all four times. Me and my wife we're shocked and felt like we were being robbed. We tried calling corporate but they said they could do nothing because it was a franchise. So me and my wife proceeded to call the store from two separate cell phones over and over until we finally got ahold of somebody at 8 o'clock. They told us that it would be an additional hour and a half before we would receive our pizza and that we just needed to wait be patient. We tried to explain that it says it was already here and that the delivery was only supposed to take 48 minutes according to the online profile. Butt the lady continue to be rude and dismissive. We decided we wanted a refund and she could not provide us with any confirmation she just said she'd do it. To be safe we decided we were just going to refuse the order if it ever came and to dispute the charges refused the charges with our credit card company. It's understandable for a place to be busy this time of year butt not acceptable to be rude hang up...

Ok so I order a pizza online when I got there 30 minutes later after I check the tracker and it said it was ready so I said ok went to get the pizza .wasn't even ready I said ok cool np so she offer me a pizza that had been sitting there and it wasn't cold but wasn't warm I took it because she said she would give me a free larger pizza under my number so I took it home I got home it was cold it's ok I though I'm getting a free pizza next time so about 3 weeks pass I went again the manager lady with glasses told me I had no free pizza for my number so I got a bit irritated and walk out the younger girl was there but had her back turn she didn't want me getting her name but will do so since she didn't speak up she knew I had a free pizza I have been going to Domino's for long time was a good customer well not no more it was the short young girl with the phone on her back pocket all the time she mess up on my order and some other older tall lady cover for her and tried to fool me thinking that was my pizza but that pizza was sitting there for a at least 3 hours it was for some one else who order the same thing even some one who worked thetr said it wasn't mine but she tried to shut them up with a look anyway they lied to me will put there names up shorty so you can be aware won't be coming here will order from pizza hot for know on very disappointed in Domino's. I might lie and order a fake order see how they...

Ordered a medium pan pizza with pepperoni, pineapple, and jalapeños, Two orders of the apple dipps and an order of cinemmon sticks a 2ltr of orange Fanta, 3 dipping sauces, and I have to say they were super fast maybe too fast as the pizza was not cut completely so every time we reached for a slice it cut into pieces where the middle of the pizza cut and toppings fell off the driver said he was not aware that they're was supposed to be a drink, but I think the apple dip was the worst as it tasted like plastic apples very unpleasant taste, How ever on the up and up the driver did ask me if I wanted him to go to the store and buy me another drink to which I agreed and he might have agreed to because I did give him a $8.00-$9.00 tip before I had tried the apple dip but I was gteatful for there speedy delivery and the food was hot. Would order from them again probably so, but just have to stick to what I know is good on they're menu and maybe try and fine a button that I can check to high light the order notes ityped in so that they might take note to making sure they got...
