my and my boyfriend have been coming to the Taco Bell for years, we usually are big fans but last night wasn’t that great of an experience. The guy that was taking my order was creepy and made me feel uncomfortable, and in doing so he forgot items I asked for in my bag of food. I clearly stated I wanted hot and Diablo sauce with my food, the sauce is never an issue on other nights but last night since the guy at the window was too busy being creepy it was forgotten. I pulled to the window and he proceeded to take my card payment and made a comment, “you’re cute by the way”. This automatically made me uncomfortable and I didn’t even want to turn and look to the window because I didn’t want to catch eye contact, I stayed looking forward and pretended I didn’t hear it. I waited for my food eager to leave the drive thru already, and as he came to the window to hand me my food I still didn’t turn to look at the window because I didn’t want to engage in any conversation or eye contact. As he handed my food he said can I get your number, still not looking at him I said nah this food is for my boyfriend and quickly drove away. Once I got home is when I realized there was missing sauces from my bag, I didn’t even get to ask for extra sauce or double check the bag because he was being creepy I just wanted to hurry and leave. This is was on Sunday night Sept. 4th near midnight, the guy was white with dark brown hair and a mustache. I don’t have any other describing factors as I did my best to ignore and disengage. It’s not right to put women/girls in such situations, this is a fast food restaurant you should hold yourself in a...
Read moreUsed to be my favorite Taco Bell, so it hurts to write this but I’ve never had such rude customer service before today. I order my food just like any other day at my local Taco Bell. Get all the way home and I’m missing my sons burrito. So, being the father I am I gave him my burrito. As late as it is, My girlfriend heads back and I give them a call to sort it out ahead of time. She gets all the way back here to hand me the same exact burrito they forgot to put in the bag but this time they grilled it. So when I call to ask why this transpired she begins to pass it off as a burrito she “just made herself.” as if I don’t know that the burrito I order on a regular basis doesn’t come grilled at all and it doesn’t come looking like they threw it against the wall a few times before grilling it either. I tried being polite to see if they can sort out what I already thought they sorted out just to get the rudest customer service. All in all, If you want half the food you ordered and an attitude like it’s your fault they can’t do their job right(on a slow night may I add) then I implore you to come here. If you want it done right then I would just head to Rancho Vista they’ll at least replace your order when...
Read moreBeing from out of town my nephew and I stopped for food and bathroom break. Being only customers I rushed to the counter and asked for bathroom code and telling my nephew my order. The cashier said I had to buy something first. I told her I had to pee and if I didnt get the code I would pee there at the counter, beings I have a medical condition. The cashier reiterated that a purchase had to be made. I asked for the manager, who gave the same answer. About this time, a different employee walked over and entered the code for me to go into the bathroom. The cashier then turned to my nephew and told him he had to place his order via the kiosk. Once he got his food, he asked for the code so he could now go to the bathroom. The cashier refused to give up the code and a different employee again came over to punch in the code. This level of service is disgusting. No restaurant should be distrusting of their customers to the point this place did. Clearly the manager cultivates this type of customer service as she supported this attitude. STAY AWAY...
