McDonald's — Restaurant in Palmdale

Manager claimed that I didn’t pay when I did and had receipt and called me racist when I don’t even know what she looks like.

I bought my food on the app and when I got to the Mc Donald’s the app wouldn’t let me enter a parking space. On 8/20/24, at 9am the manager told me that it wouldn’t let me enter the space number because I didn’t pay, I insisted that I did pay but she was refusing to bring my food and said she didn’t have an order for me, she was telling me to go inside which I wasn’t going to do since I ordered curbside, SHE WAS ARGUING WITH ME CLAIMING I DIDN’T PAY. When I was able to pull up my order number, they were going to bring my food and I told her that she was rude to claim I didn’t pay and refusing the food I paid for and she said she didn’t say that I didn’t pay, a blatant lie. You can’t say whatever you want to ppl and then pretend you didn’t say it a minute later. I called back, said I want to talk to the owner, she said she couldn’t let me talk to the owner but that she could give me corporate’s number, she said what’s wrong I could help you, I said no you already messed up and to give me corporate’s number. She wouldn’t give me the number that she offered to give and said “don’t be racist.” I have no clue what she looks like, I can’t tell by her voice and I said nothing derogatory what so ever, I told her that I was offended that she said I didn’t pay when I DID and offended that she wouldn’t bring out my food, it had nothing to do with race or ethnicity and calling me racist for no reason is not how a manager should behave. IF YOU’RE THE OWNER READING THIS, I’m going to assume you’re unprofessional and that you don’t take your business serious for hiring someone who has no accountability and treats customers like trash as a manager. YOU, THE OWNER OF THIS ESTABLISHMENT, YOU HAVE EMPLOYEES THAT ARE UNPROFESSIONAL AND CONDUCT THEMSELVES IN A MANNER THAT IS OFFENSIVE AND HURTFUL. on October 9 at 3:00 or 4:00 am i bought some coffee 2 apple pies was on my way back to Norwalk when I got to the 5 frwy I opened my apple pie notice it had a bite i got gross out had to pull over to throw up I didn't eat any of the food at all didn't want to find any more surprise while driving. when I got to Norwalk I called and spoke to a district manager at a different mcdonalds Im suppose to take the apple pie to him next Saturday on the 15th of October which I will... Im sure they have camaras to see which employees bit the apple pie.....that is so sick i will never ever eat there again ever......worst experience ever in my life . the food is always cold coke tastes like its been sitting there forever and old coffee is old just not good service at all not only the apple pie bitten but the customers service not fry friendly environment at all.this is the worst i have ever experience I will never go to a low gross class mcdonalds again they never answer the phone and if they do that don't answer mcdonalds they answer what ? that mcdonalds needs a class on customers service and get rid of the person who bit the apple pie who knows what else they do to peoples food at this mcdonalds Norwalk downey cerritoes whitter Santa Fe pico all this area has better service yucaipa redlands san bernadino has better customers service only one mcdonalds in palmdale has good service the one on S street very good customers service and food is very good and served hot fresh coffee and coke tastes good too that is all i have to say about the worst mcdonalds is on 47th street the one with the gas station chevron this is the mcdonalds from hell they need to be inspected they should of gotten a B for being dirty any health food inspectors out there read this and should inspected this mcdonalds...

It’s always been something here. 2000’s: will i get everything in my order? Probably not. 20-teens: same with missing items, only add discrepancy with drive thru menu price and what they charge you—also it’s been the same with the two napkins and two ketchup packets for a 4 value meal order when i asked for 20 ketchups and extra napkins. Will your total be higher than the price listed? Maybe. I caught that in ‘22 and canceled the item in drive thru when they refused to honor the price on the menu. So, we don’t go here very often. I’m sure some people do, and it’s not okay not responding to complaints or overcharging. Today, I was hungry and got a dash offer. I like McDonald’s. Fine, ordered. Food was fine. This place didn’t put any sauce for nuggets. Ordered two sauce with 10 pieces. No sauce. Of course. Zero napkins. Of course. To be honest, there was a lot of ketchup. I asked for it for my fries. Well, so, that’s great for the fries, but nuggets with ketchup is not what i ordered. I wouldn’t complain if it wasn’t every time. I mean unlike 2000’s, u will probably get your food. Otherwise? Wipe hands on pants, i guess. Eat your nuggets in ketchup. Don’t dash if u expect sauce. Otherwise, you will be in the drive thru or at the counter telling them what u said twice until you get what you asked for. If you have extra money, do yourself a favor and go to jacks down the street. Great run store-plenty of sauce for food. They will give you extra napkins if you ask. And nice people work there.
