25th Asian house — Restaurant in Palmer Township

This was a very disappointing experience. It was my first time at this Chinese restaurant, and I was surprised to be served a full container of fries, a few small pieces of chicken, and just one tiny container of ketchup. The chicken had no flavor, the fries were undercooked, and the customer service from the man who took my order was aggressive and unacceptable.

I made it clear before placing my order that I needed extra ketchup because the meal was for three people. The man taking my order responded sarcastically, asking, “If you had an order big enough for five people, should we give you five ketchup packets?” I explained again that the food was for three people, but he insisted on charging $1 per extra ketchup container. Went here with 3 other people thinking it was a dine in restaurant and it’s just mainly a takeout place. They had a few tables so we decided to sit and eat. Service was not very good, but again it’s mostly takeout but if you have a table of 4 you could be a bit more accommodating. Plastic utensils/ styrofoam plates, no cold water other than $1.25 bottled water. They do offer self serve hot tea. Food took too long to come out. The pan fried dumplings were not very good. The pork egg foo young was very oily and no pork in it. Walnut shrimp was tasty and fried rice was good. For a place with such good ratings I expected better quality food. Hard to find really good Chinese food these days. This place is exactly what it intended to be. A quick cheap takeout place for non-discerning...

The food was delicious. We ordered the hibachi chicken and rice to go and it came with a spring roll, lots of rice, chicken and veggies all for 15 dollars. On both occasions they also gave us a 2l bottle of soda and some delicious homemade ice tea for free. Its a lot of very good food for a very reasonable price. They were very friendly, restaurant was very clean and it was a welcoming environment. Most Hibachi places won't let you order Hibachi to go unless you're eating in and order at that time but this place does. Definitely...
