We recently placed an order with this company and needed to change an item as we realized the bed we ordered was too small for our child and we needed a full size instead and the company would not change it unless we paid a 50% restocking fee of our entire order not just the item. We attempted to make the change 12 days before our delivery date and before the item even reached their warehouse. As someone who works in an industry much like theirs I have never seen such a high restocking fee or a company with such poor customer service! Would not recommend and we are going to cancel the transaction with the finance company. Buyer beware! UPDATE*: After posting this review the manager called and offered to change the items he was very nice over the phone. After he rescheduled the delivery he asked that I change my review before my items even got there which I found a little rude especially as someone who manages company reviews on a daily basis at my job, I would never ask one of my customers to do that. Our delivery came on a Saturday and both delivery drivers were great! We are in the middle of moving and one of them even helped my fiance lift another piece of our furniture, they were the best part of this whole experience! Two of the items we ordered came in great condition but the coffee table we ordered had chipped paint on it when it arrived. Normally I would have had the driver take it back and waited for a replacement but at this point we were so sick of waiting and didn't want to have to deal with the customer service woman that works there again. She was rude and nasty and even told me "Your fiance doesn't know what he is talking about" I understand that they "tried" fix it but all they did was not charge a crazy fee. The manager responded to my review below and is even lying now in his response. He never spoke to my fiance therefore my fiance did not confirm that everything went well because it didn't. I will still never in my life will use this company again. Salesperson was nice said he was giving me a great deal and took money off the delivery . Went to pay and swiped my card and no receipt so they asked me to swipe again and the cashier told me my card declined which was impossible . I called my bank and they said that the transaction went through but the cashier kept saying no it didn’t because when she totaled out the drawer my transaction never posted . After about an hour of arguing with my bank saying they never received the money come to find out if was a glitch in the system and they indeed had my money. So now finally they tell me in two weeks they’ll have a delivery date and I’ll have my furniture in three. Three weeks go by and still no call from just furniture so I call them. The receptionist with a distinguished accent answers . I give her my name and she says she can’t find my name and if I’m sure I’m calling the right store . Uhhhh duh I am ! So once again she places me on hold and says she can’t find my order and to hold again. Next thing you know someone else picks up the phone and says that Jennifer would give me a call back because she’s “busy”.! How could she be busy when she has a customer who spent 1200 dollars on the phone who has no idea where her furniture is but knows you guys has her money. I said well she needs to call me back and they said she would in an hour and I never got a call back. I called my bank and cancelled the charge and got refunded my money immediately while they were put under investigation. Crazy thing is miraculously after my bank got in contact with them they magically found my order and wanted to set up a delivery date !? Oh please , I wouldn’t dare reverse the nightmare I had with them before. The same girl that couldn’t find my order asked oh so u still want to cancel ? Which means she knew I cancelled because my bank took back the money! Read moreTold me 4-6 times weeks for delivery for living room set. Waited six weeks patiently due to Covid. I was fully aware and understood. Six weeks passed and still no furniture set. Went in to complain and was told it would be another 4-6 weeks. the manager was nice and so was the floors guy with the bald head. They did everything to help. The boss even helped me out and gave me a better living room set and took off a small discount. They promised me the sofa set would be delivered that Wednesday and said my loveseat would be on back order another 4-6 weeks. I agreed because I’m a patient person and realize things are delayed because of Covid. My couch was delivered but was missing two pillows. I went In to complain and twice within a three week time period and the excuse I keep getting From the lady handling orders is they are moving warehouses. It’s just frustrating and at this point I’m getting aggravated beyond max!!!!!! I held out on writing a review to give them the benefit of the doubt. Oh and also it’s been going on 5 weeks and I still have not received my love seat still and my two pillows that I’m missing. I wish I never went there to purchase furniture. Just got to another furniture store and keep riding passed this one. You will regret going there.
Update: Today is October 3, 2020. I was promised for my love seat to be delivered today. I have been waiting all day and I just received a phone call that the warehouse forgot to put my love seat and two extra pillows on the truck so now I have to wait. Then they told me it would be another week to get my pillows because they don't have them still. This company is terrible and I will never order or recommend anyone to go here. The only one that really tried to help me was Mary from the warehouse. She went beyond her duty to help me out. STAY AWAY FROM THIS FURNITURE STORE!!!!!!!!! They are a scam and unprofessional.
