Sizzling Bites Easton — Restaurant in Palmer Township

This spot is an absolute gem! From the moment we walked in, the staff were friendly, fast, and went above and beyond—especially with the sauces (they hooked us up with plenty, and the combo of white + sizzling sauce is dangerously good).

The food itself was outstanding. The rice had just the right amount of spice and warmth, fluffy and flavorful without being heavy. Both the lamb and chicken were cooked perfectly—juicy, tender, and well-seasoned. The falafel was honestly some of the best I’ve had: crispy outside, soft and flavorful inside, not dry at all.

We couldn’t resist ending with baklava, which was sweet, nutty, and flaky—the only thing that would have made it better is if it was served slightly warm. Even then, it was delicious and worth every bite.

The portions here are generous (you’ll definitely leave full and happy), the value is unbeatable, and the flavors are spot on. It’s rare to find a place that balances speed, friendliness, and quality so well. Decent taste, Hella Slow!!!! And kinda indifferent. Only 2 customers in the place on Saturday. Ordered 12:32 and received at 12:45, 1 minute before the end of the advertised time they text you. (You put your phone number in and get a text back that says your food will be ready between 12:36 and 12:46, in this case)

So that's a 10-minute window with a 14-minute maximum from time of order for a falafel platter with some fries tucked in.

Little lady walked in and said said, "I've never been here do you have a menu?" Side behind the counter was courteous and said "it's all online unfortunately" BUT brother, Walker to the touch screen and then walk her through the menus. You might be introducing her to a new type of food, she's definitely unfamiliar with the format. Take a second mix up your routine and show her around. Ask her if she knows what's falafel or hummus is or if she likes chicken. Give her a sample... hook her in. ...

The people working in the restaurant were very friendly! The restaurant appears to be very clean and has comfy chairs along with tables for four people. I’m sure if you had a party larger than four people, you could either sit near each other or move the tables closer to each other.

I had the chicken platter with fries, salad, and white sauce. The chicken platter was loaded with white sauce and there was a generous amount of chicken and rice. The platter could use a few more fries and/or more salad. It was a decent portion of fries and salad though. They had a soda fountain which served Coca-Cola products such a Regular Coke, Coke Zero, Diet Coke, and Barq’s Root Beer! I’d come again to get food and recommend others...
