I found a cockroach inside the package that the donut came with, I bought a cold coffee and a donut, I returned to the place to get my money back because of the disgusting experience and the lady who had treated me normally before started to say that it was impossible that there was that animal there. An African-American man who works there treated me badly by showing him the insect inside the bag and told me to get out of here. Afterwards he took a photo of me as if to intimidate me without my authorization for telling the truth, I told the lady to give me the bag so I could take photos and send it to the management and at all times she refused to give me the bag with the cockroach inside and she got angry. As a victim, saying that you are yelling at him. Very bad behavior from those people. If someone has a similar experience, they will experience more bad treatment when complaining like me. The place seems clean but in a situation like this you will have a very bad experience. It's like in the videos on the internet that start treating you badly as if they were guilty and wanted to cover up what was wrong. I do not recommend this place because of what happened. They treated me like a bad person just for demanding my right as a customer. If management is really concerned, look at the cameras and review...
Read moreI've been there several times but I'm not a regular and on this day I decided to have lunch there even though I only had several dollars on me no debit or credit cards with me. I ordered a chicken sandwich on Texas toast and a regular size drink but I happened to be short on money by like 90 cents. The person who waited on me was understanding. However, he was new and didn't know how to remove the soda from the order. He then called the manager who happened to be maximum 21 years old to assist. When he explained the situation the manager paid the difference and even though I insisted on paying him back later he wouldn't hear of it. He preferred to have a satisfied customer who truly was at fault then to see me eat lunch w/o a drink even if it came out of his own pocket. I was truly impressed by his selflessness professionalism and work ethic. DD should truly be appreciative of employees of his caliber who have the potential to make this job a life long career there by elevating with him the company. If they treat him well by rewarding his exemplary professionalism DD would have tour de force...
Read moreI love me a good donuts, however during my visit there I had a somewhat bizarre experience...the person african amerian gal with blonde hair taking order was on the phone with some corded Iphones on her ears, that was clue #1, when I approached the counter she walked away not even acknowledging me, instead another lady was kind enough to help me, but it was hard not to pay attention to the girl with the blonde hair as she kept on talking to someone on her iphone via FaceTime, she proceed to stop making drinks and walk towards the back for about 7 to 10 minutes, of course everyone's orders fell behind and the other two people working where clearly overwhelmed. When I asked my cashier if that was normal operations to talk om FaceTime while working and taking calls while on the clock? She just quietly whispered that she didn't want any problems with her and she kept on taking order while making drinks. I hope corporate office reads this as no employees should have to pull a lazy employee's slack much less be afraid...
