Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Palmetto Bay

So I was having a pretty bad day today & than an awesome person gave me a coupon for Jersey Mike's Subs. So grateful she did because it led me to this awesome sub place!!

On the entire street (120th) there are 4 sub places if I'm not mistaken. A Subway, Tamiami Subs, Chunky Subs, & THIS!!!!!

I've been to all of them now. It is true what they say "save the best for last".

I could say so much about my experience, but let's just say I'm officially a Jersey girl!

Customer service was outstanding! 10+ Beyond! I asked what he recommended & he was helpful & patient while I decided.

I went with a "Hot Sub" the #43 "Chipotle Cheese Steak" as it comes & wow!!! So good! The sauce, was a perfect kick of spice. Definitely asking for extra sauce on my next visit. (Definitely coming back!) If you're a bread person, know the bread was nice & soft (Some sub places have terrible bread that taste stale or old) not at this location. It tasted fresh!

I got a "Cold Sub" the #10 for my little one & of course being my first time I had to take a bite to see how their Tuna was. Again so good!! Didn't taste like a canned item. Was nice & fresh with flavor.

Finally save space for dessert because the cookies & brownies at the checkout look so yum. The brownie was yum, with big chunks of chocolate.

You will not be disappointed visiting THIS location in Kendall!

Clean Friendly Staff Quick Service VIP PARKING (Two spots right in...

Worst place to get a sub ever... I ordered a chicken bacon ranch, no lettuce, no tomatoes...

I get back to my office to eat... And basically the whole thing is just tomatoes, lettuce and bacon... At first, I thought I had the wrong order. But then, after taking off (literally) a couple of pounds of lettuce and tomato, I see the slightest resemblance of what seems like a tablespoon (Tbsp) worth of chicken, and a half slice of cheese.

My office is no more than a 2 minute drive... When I got to the office, the sandwich wasn't even lukewarm....

I decided to try this place because a client of mine recommended it after I talked to him about a good subs place down the street (Chunky Subs). Well, disappointment doesn't even cover it. Overpriced sub, barely anything in it other than lettuce, small ($15 for a 14", are you serious???).

NEVER going to ANY Jersey Mike's anywhere. Now to find where I can actually post this review where it can be seen. I shouldve just paid an extra dollar and gotten a proper sub. Just go down the street to Chunky Subs, trust me...

Not authentic NJ subs either. Completely...

We have been coming to South Kendall Square Jersey Mikes since it opened. We have always received great, fresh food and amazing service. In fact, they remember us and always make us feel so welcome. Today when we walked in to pick up subs, we shared that we wanted to buy a sandwich for a gentleman who is homeless and is around the area. Matt shared he knew him and that he’s been in the shop before and remembered what he liked to order- Mike’s Philly cheese steak. We ordered the sub and a Gatorade and heard the staff speak very kindly of the gentleman. When I went to pay, “Matt said please let this be on me (us)- we always want to find ways to give back and it is an honor to do so.”

Jersey Miles already had our loyalty for their great subs and service, but now they will forever have our loyalty for what they are all about. What an honor to have you as part of our community making us better every single day. Thank you Matt and Jersey Mikes at South Kendall Square.
