Been coming to this Jimmy Johns since it opened. But the last 3 times of coming here there has always been something wrong with my order. I let it slide, but today they are consistent in making the sandwiches incorrectly amongst other things. I ordered online at 1:40pm, usually when I arrive my sandwich order is ready. It takes 11 minutes to get there. I waited until 2:01pm at the drive through for my order. I was given my order minus chips I had also ordered. I reminded the young lady I had chips also in my order. She quickly got it for me. When I got home in the bag there was about 12 packets of mayonnaise? I thought that was strange being that mayonnaise should already be on the sandwich. Nope! No Mayo on the sandwich. So it took long, and the order was not done properly. I’m starting to lose faith in a sandwich shop I really enjoyed going to. I guess I’ll have to search for...

Worst experience. Fire and rehire. There were three people there on Sunday 7/14 and I was asked three times about my order specifically about avacado. When I reached home the sandwich was completely wrong, whole sandwich battered in avacado amongst other things. Almost seemed like it wasn't an accident. Upon return (I drove all the way back) the young guy who claimed to be the manager was rude and the view of making the sandwiches was obstructed so I tried to explain but he didn't seem to care (there was a girl behind him condesendingly smiling while I explained my issue). When I asked for my food to go a bag was dropped on top of my sandwiches for me to bag it my self. Bottom line, those people need training and have no customer service. I returned the food for my money back. I can't believe this is what they give us in our neighborhood and why hire with no training....
