Kings Bay Shopping Center — Local services in Palmetto Bay

This is simply my opinion. Pizza place was... Okay. Pizza was supposed to have meat on it, while there was some meat there wasn't very much. So they met the "threshold" of having meat, but neither of us could taste it.

In fact when it was delivered to us, the server even thought it was the vegetarian pizza and gave it to someone else, only for the second pizza to be even more vegetarian so they got the second pizza . The vegetarian pizza was already on plates.

The reason it was caught wasn't even because of the ingredients. It was the size. We got an extra large for thirty dollars, it fed one guy and one girl. The other pizza was a small.

So when we wound up with the smaller pizza, we were like is this the one with meat? And the server says yes. Then another server went back to the back and decided that it needed to be swapped, so they just swapped the pizza with another party.

It was really kind of odd. But no one seemed to be able to identify whether there was much meat on it, just by looking at it.

Atmosphere was nice though, and location was really nice,...

Long wait, the person who is taking order is slow, like he doesn't even understand what you're telling him at all, literally. And the little guy(boy) manager that was there on Saturday night is terrible at customer service, even when you're throwing a joke, to have a conversation with him, he has a terrible...

I have no problem placing an order at the kiosk however it seems that almost every time I go. I see someone having an issue placing the order and I wind up helping them complete the order. This is not a store Problem It's poor customer service from mcdonald's...
