Walmart Vision & Glasses — Local services in Palmhurst

I went to the vision y glasses service today and l was greeted by employees Gregoria Davila and Mercedez Reyna ,immediately l felt welcomed and saw that they were ready to help me with my new glasses. I was assisted by both employees, and Mrs Davila assisted with the information and insurance for the purchase. Mrs Davila and Mrs Reyna were very helpful and patient with me as l selected the new glasses and led me thru the entire process very polite and very knowledgeable of everything pertaining to the glasses .

I was very happy with the whole process it was not long ,but the whole time I saw how they valued the customers and assisting other customers as well. I am so happy and l appreciated everything they did to help me and l would highly recommend to other customers to come and receive the same assistance as they value their customers . I recently went to the eye center at the Walmart in Palmhurst. I'd just had an eye exam and needed to put in an order. I called a few places to try to nail down some pricing, the folks here were the friendliest and seemingly the most willing to help me out. Janie, the woman who I spoke with was friendly and professional on the phone and was probably the sole reason I came in to the location. When I got there, I was happy to see all of the precautions that were being made due to the pandemic. Despite that, Damien, the man who helped me, was nice and patient as I chose out a pair of glasses, cleaning off each one before I tried them on. Since I was shopping around, he kindly wrote down all of the information for me and I went about my day, long story short, my girlfriend and I wound up back at this location and Janie helped me out and I got the glasses here.
