My first impression when I walked in was correct. Eric, from the Verizon Mission store, looked fishy. I wanted to switch my phone lines to Verizon and got 2 new phones for my kids with temporary phone numbers until I could transfer my original phone numbers. I saw him write all my personal information on a sticky note like my account number, pin, and ssn. He gave me his personal cell number. I thought and hoped it was just to keep the customer. Well, when I called him back to switch my phone numbers, he wanted to log in my account without my presence and he was at home with a photo of my personal information he wrote down at work. He sent me a text message with a secure pin so I could give it to him for access to my account. It literally said not to share it. Because I didn't approve it, he resent it at least 10 times. It really made me uncomfortable. I decided to do it myself instead of any store. If he could do it from home himself, I'd rather just call the Verizon customer service number. He's really smart. It's why he got my ssn and other info I gave him written down in case he couldn't outsmart me. It was my very first impression of Verizon. I don't know how many times or how long he's been doing it but he needs to be stopped. Because of people like him is why there's been so many...
Read moreI would give zero . Mason doesn't tell you the screen protector he put on your phone is 50 bucks. And it doesn't work with finger print scan. Horrible reviews on it. He doesn't tell you the charger he put in the bag is 30 bucks. He also doesn't tell you they charge 35 bucks to set up your phone. You dont see the itemized cost till he gives you the receipt at the end of your phone being setup. I was there for an hour while he was setting up the phone. Lots of elderly couples came in complaining about the service and how they were lied too about charges. The sales people just smile at each other when the customers leave. I went back to get another screen protector since mine doesn't read the fingerprint. And Mason and of course he says you can buy another one or email the manufacturer. I don't want a protector that doesn't work. He will make you wait hours instead of giving his commission to another rep. Save your time and money and...
Read moreGuy who said he was manager of the store is rude and not so helpful (Carlos). He could honestly learn some customer service skills from his employees around him in that case because they did a better job at attending and addressing me than him. I asked some questions and he answered short and prompt and said no to every single question I had. His tone sounded frustrated and rude and he even admitted that he had others yell at him already and I had not done anything to contribute to that but simply ask my questions. He took out his frustration on me and it was very unprofessional. He especially made me regret my decision on switching cellular services. He had this whole, âoh, thatâs too badâ, kind of attitude...
