Walmart Auto Care Center — Local services in Palmhurst

Went in for shopping, decided to get an oil change and tire rotation since I was gonna be there for a while. Signed up and their greeter sign me up for an oil change and when I told them I wanted a rotation, the greeter called one of their so called "technicians" for help and they said they couldn't do the rotation because the tire size aren't original size. Never had an issue with any of the places I've gone to before. Just canceled everything including the shopping and went to My usual place of business Goodyear Auto Service where they actually have Technicians and know how to work on vehicles that have...

Horrible service. Was told 45 minutes to an hour for replacing 4 tires which ended up being 1 hour 47 minutes. At least it’s done and I’m not sweating it, right? WRONG! 1 stripped lug nut and 1 missing lug nut later, I quickly realized the mistake of trusting Walmart employees. Currently getting it taking care of with management but it’s been 3 hours at this point and who knows how much longer until we agree on the damages. Even then, that will be paperwork. Steer clear and avoid the headache. If you buy tires here, pay some rando tire shop to install. Worth the few extra bucks to save the time...

Went to buy a new battery and said they would install it at no charge. They said it would be a 4 hour wait so I decided just to roll around in the store for a while since i didnt have the tools to do it myself and didnt want to spend on them since I was already low on cash. I got a call saying they couldn't replace the battery because it was corroded. I ended up buying the tools to replace it myself and did it in the parking lot within 10 min since the car wouldn't start and they couldn't help me pass cables to go home. What a waste of...
