The line was long at Peet's Coffee in Palo Alto, CA. I waited for 32 minutes, surrounded by self - absorbed college students who were so engaged in their social media influence that they were oblivious to "Are you in line?". They were. Six (6) drinks were made well, and when one spilled, the staff offered to make another, and cleaned the mess (with my help). The crowd was a mix of ages, and Caucasian and Asian customers. I would've appreciated more racial diversity (like me). $$ out of $$$$$ There is a nearby parking lot, which resembles a Tesla Showroom. The weather always seems to be sunny. I would recommend Peet's Coffee, Palo Alto, CA.

Peet’s Coffee never disappoints! The staff here are always friendly and quick, even during the morning rush. The coffee tastes rich and smooth — you can tell it’s freshly brewed. I love how the space feels welcoming, with plenty of seats for working or just relaxing with a book. Their seasonal drinks are a must-try (the vanilla oat latte is my favorite!), and the pastries are fresh and delicious. Prices are fair, and the service is consistently excellent. Definitely my go-to spot for coffee in the area!

Peet’s, my favorite coffee place. I had visited the one used to be at the corner of San Antonio and El Camino (now Lady M) everyday for more than 15 years till they closed it down four years ago. I have been away from the Bay Area and haven’t visit this town & country location for more than a year. They redecorated the shop and give it a modern look. Also, I found out they added a new Cafe au Lait, I guess its part of strategy to attract younger crowd. I still love their coffee.

Love Peet’s coffee and really enjoy coming to this specific store almost everyday. This review is not about their coffee or service but rather an unfortunate event I happened to observe this morning. I grabbed my coffee around 9:00 in the morning and grabbed a seat.. Right after, a homeless individual came in and grabbed a seat at the table by the entrance. It was all good until here, other than a strong smell. However, he started making his way towards the back of the seating area every time somebody left; and couple other customers and I realized that he was covered in his own urine and he was making every seat wet/dirty as he moved back. Other customers who saw this left, but I decided to let the store owners know about it before leaving. After an hour, I came back to meet with a friend and I realized the same individual was still in the store. Apparently owners decided not to do anything about it.. in the meantime students from Palo Alto HS, a mom with her two toddlers and couple old folks were sitting at the seats where the individual sat couple minutes...

I love coming here and ordering my hot chocolate with soy milk. The staff is super friendly and caring. They create a fantastic atmosphere for all customers. However, I have to give a big shout-out to the best barista at Peets, Gabriel. Gabriel is an outstanding barista. He always says hello with a smile and remembers your order when you return. He is a genuinely kind individual who goes above and beyond for all customers. He will even go out of his way to pause his daily chores to greet you and ask about your day. I'm sending a huge thank you to Gabriel for my experience at Peets; it was a...
