This place is amazing! Polite and helpful employees that walk you through all the flavors, clean and fun environment, and of course good-quality food and lots of choices. I have never seen an ice cream place offer so many different topings! On my ice cream I dared to try popping rocks, gummy bears, and sprinkles. It was a revolutionary combination! The employees were so nice, and one of them even helped me test out different ice cream flavors. Not only is the food good, but also the atmosphere. When I walked in, I was greeted by an enthusiastic sound of a bell. Then as I walked through the most beautiful light pink hallway, I saw hundreds of little signs and pictures. My personal favorite is the "Dog People Rule" sign! Inside the store there is comfortable, clean environment. You can bring your whole family if you want to. Although be aware that their busy hour is during 5-8 window, so you might have to wait...

As a restaurant guy, id like to see the sanitizer rag in the bucket which im sure isnt changed like it should. So you wipe your hands on the rag thats been sitting on the counter and then touch my food..

But i guess its sanitizer ehhh its not the end of the world.

Floors are usually sticky.

But! Its the best shaved ice in the state. The ppl are friendly. The value is good.

Owner replies that the towel used to wipe the counter is not a sanitizer towel and is just used to wipe and should not come into contact with the food. They also said it is sanitized etc.

Well if the worker touches said rag and then touches my food, the rag is effectively touching my food.

Further to my knowledge, any rag that is sanitized should remain in the sanitizer bucket...

This place is awesome. The Hawaii shave ice reminds me of the islands, just missing the Boba and Mochi bits! The flavor array is dizzying! Good thing they are open all year round so we have plenty of time to make our way through the list!😜 The ice cream served here rivals Plush Horse! Ashby Sterling ice cream is divine!
