Curly fries were excellent, and the horsie sauce is one of my favorite sauces. Soda fountain worked well. Atmosphere was typical fast food. I got the Reuben sandwich, but I should have got the original roast beef sandwich. It was ok, but the sauerkraut was very cold on a hot sandwich. Iâm aware sauerkraut needs to be refrigerated, but normally doesnât it get warmer when the Reuben is toasted/assembled? Rye bread was good quality, but it was soggy by the time I got out to my car in the parking lot. This location has a pretty small, tight parking lot, and is at a very busy intersection. Sometimes getting in and out is a hassle. My main complaint was the lack of professionalism from the lady who took my order. She had a mouth full of food while she took my order, and I could barely understand her while she was chewing. She apparently could not understand me either, because she spelled my last name wrong on the receipt. Martin is not that hard. Then, when my bag was ready, she yelled out Ruben, and I went and got my bag. Before I left, as I was very carefully placing three full condiment cups from the dispenser into my bag and trying not to spill them, she rushed over to me and said I got the wrong order. Without my permission, she then proceeded to get the sandwich out of my bag, because she gave me the wrong sandwich. The three full condiment cups in my bag carefully sitting on top of the napkins were of no consequence to her. She turned all three upside down in the bottom of my bag. Never apologized. She walked back behind the counter, retrieved my sandwich from somewhere and walked back and gave it to me. It was obvious someone had unwrapped my sandwich to confirm what it was , and then hastily and unsuccessfully tried to wrap it back up. Iâll most likely go back because the roast beef sandwiches with the signature horsey sauce is pretty darn good, and I usually have a fairly pleasant...
Read moreMy order hasn't been 100% correct in over a year. I used to order about once a week. So approximately 50 incorrect orders. I always order the same thing. French dip meal with large curly fries, beef n cheddar just the sandwich, Arby's sauce, horsey sauce, diet coke. Every time. They forget the aus jus about 19/20 times. They have not included horsey sauce in 8 months. Rarely include Arby's sauce. About 1/5 times they forget half the meal... Fries, sandwich, fries and drink, fries and sandwich. A few times they have filled the bottom half of the fries with crinkle cut to try to make it look like a full order so they don't have to make more... Once I ventured out and got a shake and it was only half full with whipped cream. Yeah, this place is a wreck. You're probably asking why I keep going back? Well, I guess you can say I gravitate towards toxic relationships and I just can't break up with Arby's. đ đ I get cravings... Cravings for their weird delicious processed beef food and cheese wiz. I just wish they would... Read... The tickets? When I was working/supervising in fast food I legit made my team highlight each item on the ticket as they put it in the bag... That way if another team member came by they could see the bag was unfinished and not just grab it. I feel like this Arby's could really benefit from that system. I've often considered taking a job there even though I've switched professions long ago, just to see if it is a management issue or an employee issue. (I know that sometimes you can be a kick butt manager but you can't force people to take pride in their work and in the current climate, you can't just fire and...
Read moreMy wife and I ordered two French Dip Sandwiches, a Curly Fry, and shake through the Arby's app and went to pick them up at the 1877 N Cove Blvd, Panama City, FL. location st around 8 pm or so on 9/29/2023.
We entered and nothing was said by either person at the front counter. Not a "welcome," "hi," or even a nod or any sort of an acknowledgement that we even came in. We were completely ignored. There were two other customers in line. Only one other customer in the dining area. They were not busy, by any stretch. We waited in the to-go area for our orders. Bags of food were set down and still not a single peep. Nothing to even tell us whether they were for us. We had to go into the bags to verify they belonged to us.
The same went for the counter person "helping" the other people. Barely a grunt for them. No smile, no eye contact, nothing was said to any of us there.
We had to ask for sauce as the orders were to go. You'd think we insulted her mother. She slammed one packet each of Horsey Sauce in front of us and walked away. Horrid treatment.
Now, on to the food. Fries were cold and once we got home, we both had to doctor the au ju sauces with water to get them the right consistency. They were both a gravy thickness and very salty. Were any of these people trained or do they just not care? How is this location still open? With similar complaints about it on here from other patrons, it tells me that Arby's simply does not care about their customers. Prove me...
