So I don't ever get my rewards points when I have to call the store to place my order. I would like credit on my account for this order. I tried online and it kept denying my card info; (which worked on the phone call), until it tried too many times and told me... No PIZZA for you ! 🍕🤦🏼♀️ So, please, may I have my rewards points? Secondly, and this goes straight to management and team at this store. I do order alot over the years. I ALWAYS will get the classic Cupped Pepperoni; for it's my ABSOLUTE favorite! Here's MY issue, please for the LOVE of all that is HOLY PEPPERONI, QUIT, STOP, CEASE, EL ALTO, putting cheese on top of the pepperoni!! It's called CUP n CRISP because as it cooks (with nothing weighing it down) it starts to shrink and sizzle. The magical pepperoni then forms a little bowl of heavenly grease, as the edges crisp up under the 500°+ of a pizza oven. As that pepperoni hits the tongue, it's a perfect blend of crispy, chewy, and absolutely delicious. So PLEASE train all your staff to NOT cover the classic Cupped Pepperoni anymore!! Really the picture of the '73 Classic on your menu is REALLY how I want mine to look when it hits me!! That's a almost perfect pie!! (Missing a wood fire oven). I do also love the same with the no dough bowl. 😋
PLEASE sharpen ALL your pizza cutters!! I can't tell you how many times in recent years, I've struggled to simply take a slice out of the box, I mean, I've seen kindergarten safety scissors do a better job cutting thru cheese and crust.🤣 Finally I honestly appreciate y'all NOT taking 2 hours to deliver... Read moreThis experience was very interesting to say the least. I ordered a 10$ pizza and was charged 5$ for delivery without being informed about that charge. Now I can understand the fact that they charge for delivery but it's only right that you inform the customer of that charge. I may be a bit Lolo but 50% for delivery is a bit much. This being said I also had to tip the delivery driver on top of that. The delivery driver is required to have their own insurance as well as pay for their own gas, so the question remains why so much and why not inform the customer as to this charge at the time of the order? Now I called back to speak with Kyle (the manager that took my order) again he was quite crass and acted as thought was bothering him. Said that he was too busy right now to speak with me in accordance to this situation...it was exactly 10pm closing time on a Monday and being in the restaurant business for over 35yrs. For the manager to be that busy at closing time on a Monday...there's a huge problem. Read moreBeen eating here for nearly a decade now, and they've only messed up my order a few times. They've been quick to fix it in the past, however tonight was different for some reason. I waited nearly an hour for a delivery remake for our NO CHEESE pizza, dairy causes BAD things to happen, they made with butter parmesan crust. Then I called twice right before going there to see what happened with it. Got there and was told it hasn't been made, so I asked for a full refund. After going round and round with the manager cause they only wanted to refund the 1 pizza after wasting 2 hours of my time and a trip there for a delivery order, he spotted it sitting in the ready area. I decided at that point I would just take it and leave, no sense continuing to argue with stupid greed. Should've still gotten a refund on it though since it's barely room temperature.
