I purchased 5 Bundtlets 1 Carrot, 2 Chocolate Chocolate Chip, 1 Gluten-Free Lemon Raspberry and 1 White Chocolate Raspberry. I got home and took the cakes out of the bag I had 5 cakes but instead of the White Chocolate Raspberry there was a Lemon. So I called the store because I did not want the Lemon flavor and l explained the situation to them and they said to bring back the lemon Bundlet and they would exchange. Thatâs perfect however I was 15 miles away and could not come back today so she put me on hold then came back and asked if I could come tomorrow. I said yes then the person asked well what time would I be in the store, I said I didnât know. The person insisted I give them a time so they could let whoever was working the situation. I asked well couldnât you just take my name down with an explanation they said no. They were insisting that I had to give them a specific time of day when I would be there to do the exchange. I told the person on the phone forget it thanks but no thanks that I could not give them a specific time because I was not sure what time I could get back to the area (remind you Iâm 15 miles away). Why they could not just take my name along with the date I would be in the store to do the exchange is beyond me. Needless to say I will not be back to Nothing Bundt Cakes in Panama City, Florida again. They need to learn and have some better customer service not even an apology for messing...
   Read moreUpon entering the store, an African American young lady by the name of Tee was very rude to my mother and myself. Obviously she does not like her job in customer service. She was rude to us in May 2023, November 2023, December 2023 and now April 2024. My first encounter with Tee was when she stated they do not participate in the punch card program. I accepted that, then she was rude when cashing out my order and did not give me a bag for my purchase. I asked for a bag and then placed the sticker on the bag to seal the bag. All my encounters with Tee has been this way. She is very unprofessional and does not respect her elders. My mother is in her 80's and Tee was rude. She snatched the bag back from us, then put the item in the display are to resell it to other customers. That is a health code violation. If a customer handles a cake, they cannot resale the cake to others. In closing this young lady needs to go to training and learn how to be a good customer...

I donât buy their bundt cakes regularly, just a few times a year, but earlier this year I decided to purchase this bag because they promised a deal: buy three bundt cakes, get one free.
Today, when I went in to use it for only the second time, I was very unceremoniously told they no longer honor that promotion. No courtesy discount, no apology â just âtoo bad.â
I canât recall exactly what I paid for the bag, but I know it wasnât cheap. Now itâs completely worthless. Businesses should stand by their promotions and the products they sell. This experience left me feeling like I was deprived of my money without any fair resolution.
