This resturant was a 1 star from the beginning. We offered a table on the edge of the first seating area. We requested to be moved to the booth over by the window. As we started walking our feet were so sticky from all the soda soaked into the carpet.
We arrived at 6:30 pm got water and placed our order shortly after arriving and the next time we had contact with out waitress was 7 minutes after 7. (During this almost 40 minute wait we asked for a Guinness by walking up to the kitchen area.) Later, when our waitress proceeded to tell us she was sorry for the wait and that the manager would be bring our order out to us. We then asked about the beer at which point we were told they were out of it. The manager snuck up behind the waitress and handed us our food and then rushed off. We asked if he was the manager and she told us yes.
The California chicken sandwich was cold along with the fries. There was also burnt bacon on the California Chicken. We immediately asked for hot fries, the waitress did bring hot fries right out. The wings were tasty, but not as warm as they should have been.
We requested a second basket of fries and they were also cold. You can see the amount fries we left behind. You can also see that Red Robin has let their quality standards for their fries go down hill. So many bad spots that were removed from the fries that were actually eaten.
We also visited the bathroom while here the floors on the way to the bathroom were beyond grease.
All in all this resturant needs to be deep cleaned, and is clearly mis-management.
We are PNW transplants and we were so surprised by this Red Robin as Red Robin's on the West Coast are busy and ran like well oiled machines. Hopefully corporate is keeping up with these reviews as this place needs and overhaul or to be shutdown. Don't waste your evening...
Read moreOn Mothers Day. First of all, I want to say I do not hate, that's wrong. Second, from what I've seen and heard here at this restaurant, by their actions from the person who sat us at our table, to the person taking our order, it was not what I expected, we were sized up by the young people who sit customers to their tables, the moment we walked through the door, then, she had the nerve to ask if we've eaten there before, so i said, yes we have, this is in Pappilion Nebraska, a more Ritzi type hood, so i guess we didnt look like we fit in, that said, i strongly feel we were descriminated against. I am a disabled veteran with a brain tumor, and I should've told her that, but I didn't. The young person that put us "in the corner" where the bar section was, the music was too loud, and the lighting from the window was too bright for my eyes to handle the glare, and, there were no blinds to minimize the glare! Next, the person taking our order was ok, but a bit too brute for my grandchildren of very young age to take seriously, they do not encounter such bruteness on a daily basis so they are not going to know how to act. The waiter, who was a "bartender" made rude jokes at my grandchildren, of which I did not appreciate! The first joke was, when my Grandson asked for more soda, and the bartender literally said "no," he didn't even laugh, no one did, that is not appropriate! Second, when everyone finished their meal, he told my grandchildren they have to wash dishes afterwards, nobody laughed again!
My Son, out of good intentions just wanted to take his Mother out to eat on Mothers Day, instead, we had to endure this inappropriate "stuff". My grandchildren are not wise in the ways of the world, so excuse me if they're not aware of how to "act" in Papillion Nebraska. I prefer to have a...
Read moreI eat here regularly, they have a great rewards program, they contribute a percentage of every purchase to fund local schools and their food is great.
To say we eat here regularly would be an understatement, this is probably the only sit down restaurant we visit almost once a month, needless to say we have NEVER had a bad experience at any restaurant in this brand, until tonight.
My family took me out for my birthday. We were seated promptly, and it went down hill from there. We were seated at a high top, which is a taller table and assured that the high chair was tall enough to reach, unfortunately this puts the child 8-10 inches from the table, which is barely reachable. We were dining with two small children and we took them to the the bathroom one at a time after being seated. The server stopped by to in an attempt to take out order 3 times before everyone was at the table. Then they persuaded us to place the order for the children while we finished looking at the menu. The children's food arrived before we ordered, but it took almost 20 minutes for our orders to arrive and one of the meals was prepared incorrectly. By then on child was finished and wanting more and we had only just begun eating. The server never returned to ask if we wanted refills on drinks or fries, but when we asked for a refill on the children's entree it took another 15 minutes to bring out more Mac and cheese. They gave us 50% off my burger for making it wrong and taking so long to bring it back, but it would have been free, but I guess only one discount gets applied to the meal. They did sing and bring me a sundae when my child asked, but otherwise worst birthday...
