Overall good, clean and nice place. But service is so-so. When we (3 people) order our dishes with endless salad and bread sticks, we got only one bowl which wasn't enough to share for all eaters. After we quickly done it we have to wait for our waitress and when she arrived she asked if we would like to have more salad. Hell yeah, we definitely want some more since we even did get enough for 3! When she brought salad we had to ask more bread sticks and wait another 4 minutes to get them! By this , dinner was ruined right from the beginning. If I order endless it's mean I always have to see on the table instead of begging for it. And this is their trend not to bring food and keep asking even if it's definitely not enough from first place. I'm not first time visitor and see it all the time. When my glass with soda was almost empty, waitress asked if I want some more! Hell yeah!! I pay almost 4 $ for this freaking soda and just finishing my first one! I was trying to give Chance to Olive garden many times but this one was last one. I will not waste my time and money over there only more! I coming to enjoy food but not sitting in hope if someone will have a mercy to ask me if I want more. Especially with huge time gap. In the end no mints were offered and given to us! I had to ask for it at the front desk! They got them from some hidden box behind their desk. (No bowl in front of visitors). Too many staff need to be improved. Thanks, I'm done with this review and...
Read moreI have Celiac disease which makes it incredibly difficult to eat out, like, ever. I've gotten used to just ordering & praying, but I didn't have to do that here!! When I ordered the gluten free pasta, our server verified that I am gluten intolerant - and she let me know their whole process! They let the kitchen know, and the manager. When our food was served, the manager served my plate with single use gloves, she had a separate cheese grinder just for me AND our wonderful server made sure my food was down & settled before serving the gluten dishes to the others at our table. The single use gloves only touched my plate, and nothing else - which is incredible!! I felt so safe & I was able to eat without worry of cross contamination - and 24 hours out I can safely say - no gluten!! I got to eat out with my family & didn't get violently sick!! Wonderful experience!! I know it's wierd going to a pasta gluten palace & saying "I ate safely" but that's really what happened!! Incredible work, thank you all so much for going above and beyond for little ol' me 🥹💕 Incredible service! The drinks were AMAZING (seriously - the Moscato sangria, 10/10) - the interior is really beautiful & all the staff were super kind! By far my favorite location in the Omaha/Papillion/Council Bluffs area. Keep up the...
Read moreWe went there last night and our salad was soggy and tasted disgusting. We told our server and he brought a new one out that was a little better but didn't put cheese on it, and was super dry there was barely any dressing on it. We both tried it to make sure it just wasn't me and that it did indeed taste off. She got soup so I set the salad to the side after eating a couple bites because I didn't want to complain a second time. She ended up ordering another soup and not wanting it so I told her I would like it since the salad was gross, which it was already on the table so I took it. We got our food and both ordered chicken Alfredo. My grilled chicken some pieces were good and some were super dry and overcooked also overall the dish needed more Alfredo sauce. The server ended up charging us extra for her trying a couple bites of my salad and me taking her soup so like $5.99 each. We wanted out of there so we ended up not complaing and paying but he knew we weren't happy with the salad since we already told him once and no one cared to ask us how it was the second time. This is the second time we have tried this location and things just didn't taste fresh this time. Super disappointing since we liked that a olive garden had moved closer to us. We won't be returning to this...
