When I received this “Cesar salad” it was ice berg lettuce with carrots, cabbage, ranch, and it was on a small plate with a couple croutons. In the Buffalo Wild Wings menu it states it is a big salad which is what I asked for it was not romaine lettuce there was not cheese there was no Parmesan sauce there was no lemon pepper seasoning there was no Cesar dressing so they gave me not a Cesar salad but a garden salad I wouldn’t have made such a big deal about this until when I asked for the correct thing the waitress Jess was so rude to me she word for word told me “well I can take it back but you are going to get the same thing babe because that is what it is “ I told her no it’s not I have ordered this meal many times it’s one of my favorites and she continues to argue and takes the salad back she comes back with a bigger plate but the exact same salad was still on it… it still had carrots, cabbage, but this time they put Cesar dressing on the side and added some cheese on top. The manager with blonde hair came over to us and admitted that is not the right salad at all and the best she could do was take 5 dollars off for a salad I did not eat at all like literally didn’t eat but I still paid for it because management doesn’t know how to manage . After all of that our waitress decides to give us very rude attitude throwing her hands up, talking crap about us to another employee right in front of us, talked crap under her breath and you want to know why all because she had to split a check I mean come on dude that is a normal thing in a restaurant environment. Jess made us feel like an inconvenience for having to spilt a check because we went out to eat with friends. How embarrassing and rude. After she did that I said I want to speak with the Manager again they sent a different lady out who had dark hair and brown eyes but we couldn’t see her name tag because she had a tight jacket covering her shirt and name badge I wouldn’t have even know that was a manager until when she walked up with out receipts and didn’t introduce her self I asked are you a manager as well and she said yeah. I told her my complaints and frustration for the whole experience and her answer was” well I mean you don’t have to tip so” like what kind of response is that so lazy and rude. Read moreI hate to be the one to leave a bad review but here we go… I ordered the AYCE traditional extra crispy all flats with a drink from the bar. Sujey my server asks if I wanted tots, wedges or fries to go with that, I let them know I didn’t know that was an option and asked for wedges. I was never asked for an ID for my drink, mind you i’m 22 and was never told about any up charges for the all flats or wedges. She then brings the food out and my wings are cold and not extra crispy. Now, I used to work at bdubbs i know there should be stickers to indicate what needs to go on the tray. There were no extra crispy stickers on my tray. I eat it because whatever I don’t want my food to be tampered with if it’s taken back. I let my server know once I was done and ordered my next tray that it wasn’t crispy at all and indeed cold, she apologized and put in the order for my next set, about 30 min later she comes back with my wings ( doesn’t take 30 min for wings more like 17 depending on how they do the extra crispy ) and it’s mixed flats and drums. I proceed to tell her they’re not all flats, Sujey apologizes again and states 2 min on the flats ( that’s how long it takes to go from regular wings to extra crispy ) so that checked out. I got this in a timely manner less than 10 min. As she brings this tray to me I ask for another set since it was such a long wait for the 2nd round. She puts in the order and 15-20 min later asks if we got the last round and I said no. Shortly after my last set of wings comes up. At this point we’ve been here 2 hours and the house isn’t even packed I ask for to go boxes. We get the bill and it’s $70 for AYCE traditional, boneless , 1 alcoholic beverage and a mountain dew. Never have I ever spent that much at Buffalo Wild Wings. I call and speak with a manager about my experience, he was very nonchalant stating they weren’t the direct manager and blah blah blah and offered me a $10 gift card for the up charges. That’s all they heard? cold food, long wait, not what i ordered, no ID check, bad service and all he got from that was the up charges. Read moreSo we went with family, a party of only four (Wednesday January 8 at 1815 hours). Arrived before the other half of our party and got a drink in the bar (bartender Bailey was great). Others arrived and were seated and given menus. Approximately twenty to thirty minutes later we finally had our order taken. Unsure as to the delay as the restaurant was less than half full (owners please check the video). I ordered a burger, wife ordered tater tots nachos, and my sister and her daughter ordered wings and a side of fries. My wife's food and mine were brought out shortly(10 minutes later). We waited politely for the rest. I got hungry and started to eat. Approximately 15 minutes later their wing finally came out, but no fries. Asked for them and the waitress apologized and promptly brought them. Why would a restaurant bring out food in such a manner. Makes no sense. My wife asked to speak to the manager, but had to find her for her self (female brunette late thirties I would think). She refused to provide her name. The "manager" blamed "corporate" for the service method and stated our waitress should have explained the "hot and fresh" service method in which they serve the food. She tried to explain the burger and tots only take a couple minutes to prepare while the wings take 15 minutes. I asked why they couldn't cook the wings for ten minutes then do the burger and tots and fries then everything could come out at the same time......???? It was like I was speaking Martian. Are you kidding me??? Are these people really that incompetent??? By the way, she just walked a day when asked if there was any immediate corrective action she could take to ensure our experience was somewhat better. Awesome customer service example....
Oh and in reading the "owner's" response to negative reviews with a "Hey there..... Blah, blah,blah.... Please fill out a whatever this and that at the bottom of our webpage" crap..... Save it . Do something positive and use your brain and hold this LOUSY MANAGER...
