Good: Server Reagan was a great server and clearly takes pride in his job. Tableside guacamole made by Reagan.
TERRIBLE: When we were placing our order, we had several questions about the menu. Specifically, I asked if they could make the fajitas without peppers and just the onions. Our server went and checked with the chef and came back and said yes, she will do it. When the food showed up, my fajitas, didn’t have any onions, just the meat, rice, beans and fajita add ons. I asked the server about it and he took it back to the kitchen. He brought it back moments later, saying that they can’t omit the peppers. I asked for a menu and ordered something else.
UNACCEPTABLE: One of my friends who was eating dinner with us is a vegan. Earlier in the trip he stopped by the restaurant to ask them about how they prepared their rice and beans. He asked specifically if The rice was made with chicken stock and was assured by the hostess that it was not, and they were completely vegan. Upon ordering his taco salad, he had to modify it to take out several of the ingredients that were not vegan and asked for extra beans instead. he also was told by our server that the rice was made with chicken stock so he wasn’t able to order rice and beans. He was halfway through his salad and found multiple pieces of beef in the salad one of which he consumed. Completely unacceptable for a vegan and now he is sick to his stomach.
When the manager came to talk to us about the experience with both my meal and my friends meal, he didn’t seem to want to resolve the issue much other than just asking if my friend wanted another thing or to remake the salad. My friend does not trust that they would do anything that was safe for him to eat. They did offer him a free margarita which he accepted. And of course they’re not charging him for the meal but the manager made it seem like they were doing him a favor by not charging him for the salad.

She was very attentive and consistently checked to see if I needed anything throughout my duration there.
She also made a great recommendation on what to eat if I wasn't too hungry which was the Chicken Taquitos.
I always appreciate when a bartender or server is attentive to their customers and makes great food recommendations.
Tyce mentioned she has been working there for the past 14 years. I love it when employees stay wiht a company/organization for a long period of time.
Too many employees quit because they don't get along with management or co-workers and you will never advance in your career if you are not willing to weather the storm and keep on quitting and changing jobs.
Learn to just focus on you and being the best you can be in whatever field/industry you are in and ignore everyone else around you. As long as what your co-workers are or aren't doing do not directly impact you then let it go. It's managements job to recognize when an employee isn't pulling their weight and then to take corrective acton by mediating and counseling that individual to hold them accountable.

CONS: Service was TERRIBLE and slower than molasses. We had an open tab, and at no time did the bartender come in and check in on us. We had a party of 6. We were there for 3 hours, and during that time, we only got two drinks, and they double charged us for drinks that my friend had already paid for. The bartnder neglected to come back so I could clarify the charges and we were so fed up that we left. My husband being a previous bartender knows this is not good service, and you are not to neglect any section of the bar. The restaurant/bar should know on a busy weekend, especially with the fights and concerts, the extra staff is needed. The female bartender was rude when my husband approached her about cashing out. The only friendly staff was the bar back, and he was the one to get our bartender's attention. The guy next to us stood there for 20 minutes, waiting to clear his bar tab.
