This and all the ones locally here in Las Vegas are easily the most poorly managed and outright negligent and most aggravating experience a human being I think it can endure. They either don't answer the phone and let you be on hold for over an hour before and upon asking for a manager or how to report such negligence and incompetence as to let somebody hold that long and then hang up on them when you asked for a name or who's responsible for letting somebody hold that long or not answering the phone at all and then on the odd occasion someone will answer you come to find that they will tell you they do not deliver in your area and then upon asking well who does they send you right back to the ones who let you sit on hold for an hour and just never has there been more level of incompetence that I've ever bore witness to in any American business or on the planet for that matter. they tried outsourcing to the Philippines over 5,000 mi away to order a pizza that comes from less than a mile away and dealing with someone who barely speaks the language and you can't understand was I thought and raising an experience as anyone could ever have let alone just trying to order dinner. Well let me tell you about the managers that I was able to contact each and every one refused to give me their name when I asked is there a customer service department I can report such levels of incompetence and each time I was hung up on and refused to be given the person's name and a couple of them even had a good laugh and this is after holding over an hour and this now totals about 3 hours I have been trying to actually more than 3 hours closer to 4 hours trying to order a pizza because they're online service is equally if not worse than the service on the phone which I didn't think possible but at about 10 to 20 minutes per page that it takes the load and got you make a mistake there just is no greater enraging experience on this Earth short of maybe the dentist office or standing in line at the dmv. I just cannot important to you how ridiculous and just incompetent to a whole new level that I didn't think possible anywhere on this Earth let alone a company like dominoes who just takes pleasure in knowing how they and raise their customers. This is the case and universal within Las Vegas city limits each and every one of them is worse than the last and as I said 4 hours to order a pizza are you joking me these people if you give them your money if you call them you need to have your head examined and if you don't pass the word along and make sure the world knows just how just outrageous the way in which they conduct business then you are just as guilty as they are because to turn a blind eye and not warn your fellow man just how insane they can look forward to becoming just by ordering a pizza makes you just as guilty as they are simply from a civic duty and public service standpoint. Yes it's that bad I would like in them to the level of criminal a sex offender or a burglar or even a murderer that is the level of rage they induce they should be put out of business absolutely and boycotted like no other company ever has been. Read moreThe first time I ordered here I had gotten food poisoning. They were in between managers and it took a while for me to think to order again. After seeing a few neighbors had ordered and had no issues since the management change I decided to give it another try. I was satisfied time and time again up until tonight… it had been over an hour that my original order had been waiting after being told they would not accept my payment and I needed to go get change, mind you I always pay with large bills when I walk in to this location. Then when I get back I ask for my order to be remade and the manager on duty at the time was rude about it. I told her thank you and she blankly ignored me after deciding whether or not she was going to remake them. I waited for my order 10 minutes with the exchange of the food she lightly slams the sauces with my order on top of the food I was just handed. At that point, I expressed my concerns with her behavior and stated she didn’t have to be rude and the reasons why I felt that way. Not yelling, not being belligerent just trying to get an understanding. She stated she didn’t have to remake the pizzas as the delay was not her fault and she did it because “I wanted to”. I left got home my order is wrong. I walk back. The manager above her whom they said was not there just 10 minutes beforehand was available to speak with and the previous manager I had spoken to before wanted to make that a point because “I asked for the general manager right.” They guy came and listened was professional but it was obvious he was going to do nothing about it. My pizzas come out and the young lady that remade them this time around just sat them on the counter knowing they were mine, tried to grab the 2 pizzas that were made wrong that I was told I could have ( I didn’t want nor did I take them) turned away and walked off. Both the manager and general manager there speaking with someone else look up at me while I’m in motion to grab the pizzas she sat on the counter, and continue with what they were doing and had the nerve to speak as of I was causing an issue on my way out the door thinking I couldn’t hear them because of the distance in between. The killer part I get upstairs at home once again and can’t take the slices out because she only cut the surface of the pizzas. My order was ready at 8:47 initially my kids didn’t eat until 10:30. I placed an order, eagerly anticipating my meal, only to find that it was marked as delivered without ever arriving at my doorstep. After waiting for what felt like an eternity, I decided to go to the store to inquire about the situation. To my shock, the staff informed me that my order had been canceled on their end without any notification to me. This lack of communication and accountability is unacceptable, especially from a well-known brand like Domino's that prides itself on customer service. Not only did I not receive my food, but the entire experience left me feeling ignored and unvalued as a customer. If they can’t manage a simple delivery correctly, how can we trust them with our orders? I strongly urge others to think twice before ordering from this Domino's, location as my experience demonstrates a troubling disregard for customer satisfaction.
The main issue arose when we spoke to the girl at the front and requested to speak with the manager. She claimed to be the manager and insisted that we would have to pay an additional US $80 if we wanted the same pizza, stating she wouldn’t be remaking it. According to other reviews, this location has a history of similar scams, and unfortunately, we fell victim to it last night. She bluntly told us that they marked the food as delivered, but since they took the pizza back, we would need to pay more to get our food, or we could leave the store empty-handed.
I am committed to ensuring that the owner of this branch takes serious action regarding this matter, as it’s clearly not an isolated incident. If necessary, I will reach out to Domino's corporate to demand that they address this issue aggressively. It's important for them to be aware that this isn't the first time such an incident has occurred.
