Iconic Vegas Hotel Sees its Last New Years before being demolished. #Lasvegas #MLB #tropicanahotelvegas #Vegas #NYE

I recently stayed at this Hilton for 5 nights. After my 3rd night, I requested room cleaning, but upon returning, I noticed only the towels had been replaced. My hair remained scattered across the bathroom floor, and the drain was still clogged. The bed was untouched. I reached out to the staff in the evening, wondering if perhaps there had been some oversight. I was informed that cleaning services were not available at that hour, but I was assured a thorough cleaning the following day. Unfortunately, the situation barely improved, with only the bed being made. Furthermore, I found the amenities quite basic. The room lacked slippers, toothbrushes, facial cotton, and other common hotel items. Having stayed at Hiltons in Japan, I was surprised by the disparity in standards. I expected more from the Hilton brand.

Unfortunately not a normal Hilton, stay at Resorts World Hilton instead down the road that is brand new, trash outside doors when I arrived, desk staff was nice and accommodating but management seems to be lacking , no to go cups at coffee area, prices of breakfast seem to be high even if you receive a credit , rooms are outdated and carpet is old, light on desk didn’t work , thermostat didn’t work , had to adjust in old style window unit , on the positive side I did like coffee machine but only had one caffeinated packet , also liked shower and bathroom, area around hotel is very bad, do not walk in area, I don’t think this will be a Hilton for long, thank you.

Here is a very honest review. I stayed there for EDC weekend. I was working at the festival. I thought it was over priced for the kind of room we got. To begin, when we arrived, the entrance was very sketchy looking bc you need a room key to enter so if you haven’t done your check in yet, you cannot enter and you have to call to get in. Once I arrived, I wasn’t able to have any WiFi on my cellphone or cellphone service. I am with AT&T and my phone wasn’t working until I got into my room so I’m not sure if it was because there’s no service at reception. That was annoying bc I was trying to reach out a few people and couldn’t. Reception told me that I wasn’t checked in bc my card somehow hadn’t gone through but I had already checked in within the app and my card had gone through so I had some hassle at the reception. The lady at the front desk was very kind and helped me resolved the situation and let me park my car in the garage for free till the end of the day so that was very nice. |The rooms are old looking and not very good lighting to get ready and put on makeup in the bathroom. Not a lot of very good lighting everywhere else in the room. Very small fridge and not cold at all. We had no hot water the first day and they fixed it. |Beds were comfortable, we were able to get extra towels and they cleaned very well. I want to say a special thank you to Luis behind the bar who was so kind and gave me a bottle opener bc I needed one to open my cold brew coffee bottles. He really went out of his way to help and that meant the world to me. The restaurant staff were extremely sweet, polite, smiling and kind. Always greeting us when we arrived and left. We were there 4 nights. ||Because of the crazy hours of work I had, I wasn’t able to order at the restaurant and taste the food. But every time I asked for something, they would help as much as they could. |My one note was that I asked for late checkout bc of EDC crazy hours, we needed sleep so bad, and I called the reception as I was leaving the festival. I was answered extremely rudely by a man at the front desk who asked me my room number 3 times ( bc he clearly wasn’t listening to what I was saying) and told me he was busy with people at 6:55am. Weird. Nobody is checking in or out at the time so I’m not sure what he was busy with and why he answered so rudely. But that was fixed once I arrived at the reception by the manager and thank you so much for allowing us a later check in. We are grateful and we appreciate that. |So overall, it was ok but not great. I wish o had a better experience to be honest because it was such a hard 4 days of...

The service sucks! The room was not properly cleaned when first entered the room. Literally the floor was full of dirt! There were used napkins tucked in the napkin dispenser. The bath tub was quarterful of dirty water. So i immediatelly called the front desk to atleast clean the room or transfer us to other room, but the lady on the other side of the phone told me that the only thing they can do is clean the room the following morning which i dont like but it seems i dont have any choice but to say okey, so i agree. The following day, when we went out, i saw the room cleaner doing her daily tasks, so i thought she will clean our room as what the lady told me last night. To our dismay, when we return that night, they did not clean the room at all. So again i called up the front desk and informed her about it, this time she told me that the cleaner did not show up the whole day! She again promised me that they will have my room cleaned the following day, which did not happen again. I chanced upon the lady cleaner and told her the whole story and she said she was not informed about it. She also told me that she reported to work yesterday. She said she will inform her manager right away and let her manager visit the room to see by herself how dirty the floor is. I waited to my desmay, no manager or even supervisor went to the room. Fortunately, the guy who collects the garbage showed up, i told him everything again. He appologized and he brought a vacuum cleaner and he atleast vacuumed the floor. We checked out after three days without hearing any appology from any of the management staff. This is a classic example of a badly managed hotel! I will never ever go to that hotel anymore! They deserve negative star!!!! They carry the corporate name HILTON, that is why we thought, they live with the HIGHEST STANDARD QUALITY OF SERVICE of HILTON, i cannot imagine Hilton management allow that kind of system under...

My husband and I recently stayed at DoubleTree Hilton Las Vegas Flamingo we'd had an issue with purple bed sheets that we were accused of intentionally and maliciously destroying property at the hotel unfortunately this review won't allow me to report everything that happened but we were discriminated against because of the color of our hair and were accused that the dye in our hair was causing damage to the bed sheets there was not dye in my hair or in my guest hair and making racial comments did not make the situation any better I reported two complaints to corporate and the issue was never resolved they took our $250 security deposit for something we did not do. There is a condition that is very rare that when you are on different types of medication you can sweat and your sweat along with the carbohydrate and cotton can cause purple discoloring I reported this after researching and googling it and also speaking to my sister who is a nurse and they still racially discriminated against us and took our money with no resolution do not stay here if you have a problem and you are African American it will not be resolved you will just be discriminated against My stay was horrible I was threatened to be evicted on my son's wedding day all because of purple discolor to sheets. I was only guilty of reserving my room here and spending one night sleeping in the bed and sweating there is no way that one fitted bed sheet cost $250 but our whole security deposit was taken I will attempt to post what caused the discoloring but again this website is very limited and won't let you post the entire story of what actually happened at the hotel I will be going to different social media outlets and I will be contacting the news whoever will listen to hear my story I will be putting it out there because I would never want anyone to be treated how we were treated at this hotel...
