Overlook Grill — Restaurant in Paradise

A quick staycation at the Cosmopolitan started at the Overlook Grill and it was a great start..

Ambiance & Service: BFF and I walked in with no reservations and our friendly hostess got us seated immediately. Alec was our server and he was friendly and most importantly kept our bottomless mimosas, bottomless. He kept the carafe full throughout our brunch. Staff was wearing masks and the cafe grill was spotless. Glass windows give you a good view of the happenings in the boulevard pool. You scan a QR code to download the menu to your smartphone. Fantastic.

Overlook Brunch eats: The BFF and I shared their fresh guacamole and chips and I was very impressed. The guac was extremely fresh, tasty and exceeded my expectations for a pool cafe grill. I went with the Cuban sandwich to give me that vacation vibe and it worked. Fresh ingredients and perfectly toasted bread made for a great sandwich to pair up with bottomless mimosas and great conversation. The BFF enjoyed her pork bowl as well.

Overlook smashed all expectations for a cafe grill by the pool. It's definitely another lunch option for me to consider whenever I'm at the cosmo. Cheers...

Fantastic brunch experience !

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Overlook Grill located in the Cosmopolitan Hotel. From the delicious food to the attentive service, this place truly exceeded my expectations.

One of the highlights of our visit was the bottomless flavored mimosas. It was a delightful treat to have a variety of flavors to choose from while enjoying our meal. The mimosa selection perfectly complemented the delightful brunch dishes we ordered.

Speaking of the food, the French toast was absolute perfection. Each bite was a melt-in-your-mouth experience. The eggs Benedict were equally impressive, with perfectly poached eggs and a rich hollandaise sauce that added a burst of flavor. And let's not forget about the "Jump Off the Board" mimosas. I want to give a special shoutout to our server Stanley, who made our experience even more memorable. His friendly and attentive nature added a personal touch to our brunch. Nevermind the negative reviews you may have seen below. They're old and irrelevant. Our experience was wonderful. I had the California Eggs Bénédicte which was very good, contained meaty bacon, poached eggs, a nice, gentle (i.e., not too salty) hollandaise sauce, and aragula lettuce on toasted rye and accompanied by fresh fruit. Delicious. My wife had the Chicken Caesar Salad which she enjoyed and was pleased by the generous portion of moist and tender chicken. The best treat was the Chips and Guacamole. Although a little pricey at $16 it was well worth the experience. Carlos came and prepared the dip from fresh ingredients at our table mixing the proportions to our specifications. We also enjoyed the indoor/outdoor seating view of the pool and the Eifel Tower and Planet Hollywood in the background. Best of all was the staff.
