Starbucks — Restaurant in Paradise

Honestly id give it 0 stars if I could. I've been coming here for a year and a half, they use to be a very respectable location to get coffee at but as of the past 4-5 months they fired all the standout employees and hired disrepectful idiots in replace. They have since started timing pepole in the restroom and if they have been in there for 8 min exactly they will tell you "this isn't your apartment" .. then they will knock ever minute longer it takes after they say that even if your finishing up using the restroom. They have not been as clean as 78they use to be with there floors and there food. I've seen them violat a homeless mans rights , the right to get water , even tho it's illegal for aNY fast food , or chain not to give a courtesy cup with water in the state of nv , I guess this particular location thinks they are above the law . I've seen them harass paying customers for being in the bathroom for "too long "when they just got in the restroom. I've seem them lie to a customer saying they were trespassed when they didnt know there name , the reason why they were trespassed , they literally knew nothing besides 'sorry you just are treaspased , idk why but if you come back we will call the cops"" when the poor woman hadn't done anything wrong they sterotyped this woman because she wore a Hippie skirt. I've never have been more disrespected , never seen so much illegal ,rude, and so much lying at any starbucks nor any store ... I use to recommend this starbucks and honestly it's sad seeing then stoop so low. I would recommendING going to the one on Flamingo and eastern because if you go to this store you will 100% be harassed by...

I don’t want to get the Starbucks at WinStar but it doesn’t give me the option not to give any stars.Came today to Starbucks I normally always go to the Starbucks more so in the morning remedy knows my name. Today on my way into work I stop by to get a coffee and our use the restroom the restrooms were disgusting they had no toilet paper no paper towels no hand soap or anything it look like somebody through paper towels all over the walls on the bathroom mirror the baby changing table was filthy looks like it’s about to fall off. And there was water or P or something over the floor when I went to go tell the cashier while placing my order she was very rude to me And told me as you can see we are busy and there was a line which there wasn’t online it was just two people in the bathroom and me standing outside waiting to use the restroom before ordering my coffee and I told her nicely well you don’t have to be rude I’m just letting you know and as she gave me my change she said by just very rude and her name was Joe Joe .I am so upset about it that I called Starbucks corporate because of this and I’m not one to complain but this is simply disgusting especially when you’re just trying to help the store out by letting them know the condition of the bathrooms. I guess I’ll start finding a new...

Best Starbucks Ive been to so far in Vegas. There is one closer to UNLV on Maryland Pkwy which is packed usually with students (naturally). And another farther down Eastern on Desert Inn, but the drive thru configuration is a little awkward and the baristas haven't always been that friendly or helpful. BUT, this Starbucks was perfect. The barista offered different options and actually told me he would make it any way I liked. I don't think I've ever heard that at a Starbucks. I always get that feeling I'm twisting their arms. Lol I still don't like paying $6 for a grande frap, but as an occasional treat it's ok... especially if they are willing to make it just the way I like it. The drive thru was super fast and an added plus is the spacious parking lot to maneuver in.

One last thing... Thank You to whomever built this Starbucks ...not just for giving me a place to grab a cup of joe close to my job, but also for giving the area a much needed...
