2025-09-28 What a fun restaurant that was completely crazy. We visited Superfrico with a work group (6 in our party) so not everyone knew each other. Although difficult to sometimes talk, because of the noise, it is a great ice-breaker restaurant for there was never a dull moment and something was always going on. The 1st thing I noticed was that the chairs at the table were different styles and different heights. The decor just reminded me of a place where they will just throw anything up on the walls. I forgot to take a picture but I do remember seeing a plate of spaghetti where the 2 meatballs had googly eyes that were looking at me. They may have influenced my food choice.
The food: Ok so I want to start by stating that I did get a chance to review the menu beforehand and saw, in its own box, the highlight of the menu, the Tableside Mozzarella. Just get it. If you are on the fence or not sure, just get it. I even considered ordering this as my main entree, but did not want to seem greedy by just eating it all myself. The tableside mozzarella took about 15minutes to go from cheese curds in a bowl to delicious mozzarella (along with all of the accompanied extras). The young lady who prepared it explained the process and honestly it reminded me of how my kids would make homemade slime (as was all the rage a few years ago). For my entree I ordered the spaghetti and meatballs (maybe influenced by that picture on the wall?) Meatballs were seasoned well and had a great flavor. The pasta was freshly made and honestly this was the closest tasting pasta to what my wife and I had when we travelled to Italy a few years ago. Pasta in Italy tastes so different and fresh over there. Best in the world. Anyway, I digress. My wife ordered the Chicken Parmesan and it was large enough for 2 people to share. We (my wife and I) stuck with the Italian themed food and loved every bite. For dessert the server recommended the Banana Walnut Tartufo and although I was already full (I had more than my fair share of the mozzarella =) The plate was cleaned and not a crumble was left. We wanted to enjoy all of the food in Las Vegas and had logged over 27,000 steps that day. Had to burn some calories, mainly in anticipation of the tableside mozzarella.
The atmosphere: As previously eluded to there is alot going on. When walking in the entrance reminded me of something like the Haunted Mansion at Disney. We were just in a room and unsure which wall to go through. If you look up the lighting reminded me of some of those deep sea jellyfish. That was a good indicator as to what we were in store for. There was always something to look at (we were there on a Sunday evening) and we were constantly on the lookout for the performers. I am assuming that these performers were part of the restaurant and not just random people who wandered in. List of Performers: Astronaut - Did handstands on the back of people's booths. Pimp - Passed out lollypops. Juggler - Had LED balls and just jumped up on a table. Penguin - Not a full costume just the mask. Wandered around. Fake Server - Would pretend to spill fake food on you or surprise you. Flamingo Dancer - Dressed with more clothing than what we saw out on Las Vegas Blvd.
I still cannot describe all that we saw but I do remember looking up in my line of sight and just seeing a very busy colorful wall that contained a drawing of a skull with rainbow colored teeth and shooting stars out of its eye sockets. This design was also on the menu. Again, just a lot going on.
If you have never been to Vegas and want a truly unique experience, I recommend visiting Superfrico. Food was great and the atmosphere was memorable. The combination of both made for a truly fun evening, especially for people that are not as familiar with each other. We will always remember that evening.
In closing, order the tableside mozzarella, you know you...
Read moreLast week, we dined at Superfrico at the Cosmopolitan Hotel. This was our second visit to this restaurant (first time was in February and now, six months later, in August). And, I must say, we were quite disappointed in the changes we saw in such a short period of time.
Six months ago, this Italian American Psychedelic restaurant offered such a superb experience, that last week we decided to return with our friends visiting from San Francisco. However, this time, our overall experience was less than stellar. We had a 6pm reservation on Tuesday. After arriving at the restaurant, my husband checked-in with the hostess at 5:45pm. Unfortunately, and to his surprise, the hostess wasnât very welcoming with her nonchalant attitude, little eye contact and no smile on her face. She told him weâll get to you shortly. Our party of four waited in the hallway outside the restaurant until 6pm, where we told the hostess weâd be, but she never called us. And during that time, we observed many couples and small groups going directly into the restaurant (not the bar separate side entrance). When we approached the hostess again, right at 6pm, she still had a less than welcoming attitude, but did use her Walkie-Talkie to have someone come out to seat us.
Inside the restaurant, there are two seating areas: one smaller section of tables adjacent to the bar area, which represents about one-third of the total seating area, and then the other, more happening section, which has tables and booths as well as a better view of the catwalk and stage area where some of the entertainment is performed. Our first visit, we were seated in a booth in the larger seating area. This time, we were seated at a table in the corner directly across from the DJ spinning tunes. The restaurant was happening but, by no means, jammed packed as we observed plenty of unoccupied tables on both sides of the restaurant. Nonetheless, we sat, we waited and finally, after a good ten minutes or so, a server came to our table to take our drink order. At that moment, we asked if we could be moved to the other section of the restaurant, which was obliged. Our new server got to us in fairly quickly and we ordered drinks before deciding on dinner. If you havenât ever seen Superfricoâs menu, you may not know what to expect in terms of pricing. Itâs Las Vegas, yes, and, yes, thereâs inflation and, yes, itâs the Las Vegas Strip, too, etc. But, in the six months since our first visit, prices, for some items are 50% higher (yes, you read that correctly)! For example, they have a âTableside Mozzarellaâ experience. Itâs one pound of fresh cheese that is washed and twisted and pulled and cut and all that fancy stuff, right there at your table, served with some bread, olives, tomatoes, etc. In February, it was priced at $60. Now, it was $91! Needless to say, we had considered it at $60, which was, no pun intended a âstretchâ, but at $91 it became a complete pass. Looking online after the fact, I found menu photos people have posted showing the drastic price increasesâŚ$75, $79, etc. Cocktail prices were at least 22% higher, too, from $18 to $22. Their âSquare Pizzaâ prices (by the way, the pizza tasted exactly like deep-dish Pizza Hut pizzaâŚand thatâs not a good thing) were up dramatically, too: $19 to $27 for their âUltimate Pepperoni Squareâ, for example. Overall overpriced (even by âstrip standardsâ) the entertainment not as memorable, and the staff with the exception of our second waiter not very friendly. The food Iâs say itâs a 50/50. My Branzino was delicious but my husbandâs pizza left a lot to be desired. Overall a disappointment from our first time. Not sure whatâs going on with the place or what prompt these changes,...

This review is for a visit on 9/29/25
We are frequent patrons at the Cosmopolitan, and visit Superfrico/Ski lodge on a regular basis.
When we heard that they were premiering a new show called âThe Partyâ , we knew we would have to see it .
I knew that the prior show, âOpiumâ at Superfrico was not as successful as they would have liked . Personally I felt the show was very underrated reasonably priced , and performed in nice intimate venue .
The Party experience looks to be the best parts of Spiegelworld given to you all in one! The ticket was around $150. Included is a limited menu, but it is a three course meal of some of their signature dishes , with options to upgrade if you want. The chef does an amazing job with all of the food! It already seemed like the best deal on the strip before the show even started .
Before being seated , parties are bought into small hidden area called the Reliquary room to meet the shows host Lori. She introduces herself asked for our names , and gave us a glass of champagne. Very cool start before the show. She also remembers names and uses it at times during the show, a very intimate experience as there are only about 50 party goers or so per seating. We were seated in a small area between the main restaurant and the former Opium studio. Our server took our drink orders and our appetizer order. All food is brought between acts , with guests given ample time to finish before a performer arrives .
During the end of one act I had not realized Lori was above our table . She had her foot on my husbands head and was asking him by name if we were having fun. When we introduced ourselves to Lori originally, I said one of my friends goes by Crazy Carl . The whole night she kept calling him that and even came up to him during the show that our table loved .
There are about 5 to 6 different acts during the show Some of the acts /performers will be familiar to people who have seen Opium or Absinthe .
The main difference is seeing them in such an intricate space . Acts were constantly off the stage interacting with the crowd. Itâs different when you see a performer spin around on a light fixture 5 feet away from you! Definitely raunchy with plenty of crowd participation, so be warned !
Amazing show all around , This is a must if you plan to see a show on the strip . Afterwards hit the studio bar or Ski Lodge . Go see some our favorites like Razo , Marco , Turbo , Danny , Nicole , Arturo, Jeff, Tasha or anyone else. They also have some of the hardest working bar-backs Iâve ever seen very quick, they hustle to keep the bar moving along smoothly! Some of the best staff and drinks on the strip. The drinks here are no match for anyplace on the strip! This review is genuine, and we live out of state! We very much appreciate the hard work of the staff puts in matched by the heart that goes with it into what makes Superfrico in a league of their own. If I could give more than a 5 star...
