After our group of eight was done drinking for four and a half hours and the early games were over, most of our group decided to leave so they were only two of us left. We were going to move from our eight person table to the table next to us and Order more food and beverages. The waitress said we had to check in at the front desk which makes absolutely no sense - but we did anyway. When we went to the hostess we were told it would be at least a 15-minute wait for a table. For what? We were there four and a half hours already and we magically move to the back of the line? We were doing them a favor by giving up our eight seat table and they screwed us?. There was a table right next to us that was empty. Then the child at the front desk apparently does not know how to talk to people or handle conflict. They are screwing with us and she took an attitude and then she left to get a manager. I was a police officer for almost 30 years and I can't believe how weak and incompetent children are today that they can't even communicate with a customer properly. She called another child who was apparently the manager trying to logically explain why we were wrong and that while they have no concept of customer service, we should kiss their ass. We're standing in the restaurant and there are numerous Empty Tables - we had been there for 4 and 1/2 hours already. Is this stupidity part of the new generation or does Tom's urban hire people that cannot think logically. Did they never hear of the concept of customer service? There's no way you can try to explain something that is completely illogical and make it sound correct.
