There are good waitresses, there are great waitresses, and then there's Brittany - a paragon of hospitality who redefines what it means to be exceptional in the service industry. From the moment you step into the establishment, Brittany greets you with a warmth and genuineness that makes you feel not just welcomed, but truly valued. Her smile isn't just a courtesy; it's a gateway into a dining experience unparalleled in its comfort and satisfaction.

Brittany possesses a rare blend of professionalism and personal touch that elevates every interaction. She is attentive without being intrusive, intuitive in her understanding of her guests' needs, and possesses an encyclopedic knowledge of the menu that she shares with enthusiasm and finesse. Whether you're a first-timer unsure of what to order or a regular with a refined palate, Brittany guides your choices with expert recommendations that hit the mark every time.

But what truly sets Brittany apart is her extraordinary ability to make each guest feel like the center of her world during their meal. In the bustling atmosphere of the restaurant, she navigates her responsibilities with grace and efficiency, ensuring that each table receives timely service and every request is met with a prompt and cheerful response. Her attention to detail is impeccable, from remembering your drink preference to noticing when you might need a little extra bread or a refill without having to ask.

Brittany's service transcends the mere act of waiting tables; she creates an experience that's as memorable as the food itself. Her genuine interest in her guests' satisfaction, her ability to connect on a personal level, and her unflagging commitment to excellence are qualities that can't be trained. They come from a place of true passion for hospitality and a deep-seated desire to bring joy to others through her work.

In a world where genuine, heartfelt service can sometimes feel like a rarity, Brittany shines as a beacon of hope. She doesn't just serve meals; she serves moments of happiness, slices of comfort, and dashes of delight that linger long after the last bite. It's not just her skill that makes her stand out; it's her heart.

In conclusion, if you're fortunate enough to be served by Brittany, you're in for more than just a meal; you're in for an experience that will warm your heart, satisfy your palate, and perhaps even restore your faith in the power of great service. Brittany isn't just a waitress; she's a reminder of how beautiful and enriching human connections can be, especially when served with a side of exceptional culinary delights. Thank you, Brittany, for not just doing your job, but for being a remarkable human being. Your service isn't just appreciated; it's a gift to every guest lucky enough...

We went there on a Sunday with a group of eight to watch football games. I Ordered three drinks during that time, I don't know if there was actually any alcohol in them because it seemed like I was just drinking fruit juice. After our group of eight was done drinking for four and a half hours and the early games were over, most of our group decided to leave so they were only two of us left. We were going to move from our eight person table to the table next to us and Order more food and beverages. The waitress said we had to check in at the front desk which makes absolutely no sense - but we did anyway. When we went to the hostess we were told it would be at least a 15-minute wait for a table. For what? We were there four and a half hours already and we magically move to the back of the line? We were doing them a favor by giving up our eight seat table and they screwed us?. There was a table right next to us that was empty. Then the child at the front desk apparently does not know how to talk to people or handle conflict. They are screwing with us and she took an attitude and then she left to get a manager. I was a police officer for almost 30 years and I can't believe how weak and incompetent children are today that they can't even communicate with a customer properly. She called another child who was apparently the manager trying to logically explain why we were wrong and that while they have no concept of customer service, we should kiss their ass. We're standing in the restaurant and there are numerous Empty Tables - we had been there for 4 and 1/2 hours already. Is this stupidity part of the new generation or does Tom's urban hire people that cannot think logically. Did they never hear of the concept of customer service? There's no way you can try to explain something that is completely illogical and make it sound correct. Basically what they did was screw over a customer when the issue could have been handled very simply. They should try to hire people that can think. I doubt...

A Serendipitous Encounter at Tom's Watch Bar

Last night, my girlfriend and I were wandering the vibrant streets of Las Vegas, our stomachs rumbling with hunger. As the clock ticked close to midnight, it seemed like all the kitchens nearby closed their doors. Just when we were about to settle for a late-night snack, we stumbled upon a hidden gem: Tom's Watch Bar.

The moment we stepped outside, the lively atmosphere and the inviting aroma of food drew us in. We were lucky enough to snag a table on the patio and were immediately greeted by the infectious energy of the place. But what truly made our night unforgettable was our waitress, Jude.

From the moment she approached our table, Jude exuded warmth and professionalism. Her knowledge of the menu was impressive, and she was more than happy to recommend dishes that would suit our tastes. As we chatted, it was clear that she had a genuine passion for her job and a love for people. Her ability to engage in conversation made us feel like old friends.

The food was delicious, but it was Jude's exceptional service that elevated our experience. She was attentive without being intrusive, ensuring that our glasses were always full and our plates were promptly cleared. Her positive attitude and infectious smile created a truly enjoyable atmosphere.

As someone who works in the hospitality industry, I can truly appreciate the value of a great server. Jude is a shining example of what it means to provide exceptional customer service. Her dedication, knowledge, and genuine care for her guests make her a true asset to Tom's Watch Bar.

I've visited this bar/restaurant twice now and have passed by several times when staying at New York New York Hotel and Casino. My first visit was with a group of 12 people, I know, a very large party. Tom's Urban is a pretty large restaurant and there were tons of seats available but we weren't seated right away. I understand it was probably due to our group size, but we were completely content with sitting in the bar area. This was something we had to suggest before it was even an option. The vibe was fun, there are tons of TVs for sports and the food was delicious; however the service was okay. Maybe our group size was a little intimidating. We unfortunately didn't get checked on often or waters/drinks re-filled. Overall we had a great time - still cool place. The second visit it was just my husband and I during Sunday brunch (12-2pm). It wasn't busy, many open tables and we were seated farthest from the televisions and bar. We felt like we could have easily been hidden or forgotten so we asked to sit a little closer into the restaurant for better views of the sports games and service (if needed). Unfortunately it seemed that they were incredibly understaffed because service was very slow. I felt really bad for the server and saw that she was working hard, where others in the audience just felt service was poor. We ordered a few small plates and overall enjoyed our time. I rate this place three stars cause I think it has so much potential! Its so fun, good location, vibe, music and food. I just wish they staffed better to make the delivery and overall experience more memorable.

This review is for RYAN who made our experience at Tom’s Urban a truly memorable one! This place is well-known for serving “Tom’s Size” beers that are 40 ounces each... but did you know that they can also convert their cocktails and drinks to 40 ounces as well? I had absolutely no qualms about doing this on our visit. But be warned... that’s a lot of punch to your drink and this will get you drunk QUICKLY! We went during March Madness so we wanted to watch the game while enjoying our bevvies. Reservations were still required due to covid but we were able to make one a couple hours earlier than our desired time. We originally wanted to sit outdoors to see the big screen but settled on the indoor seating since they were at capacity already. No biggie... there’s air conditioning and plenty of TVs so this wasn’t a huge deal. For appetizers, we got the double portion of wings which came out to about a dozen wings for $24. It’s about as pricey as Buffalo Wild Wings so we didn’t consider this to be unreasonable. The chicken tenders with fries at $20 were also a must! Perfectly fried and perfect for snacking. Ryan really helped make our experience a really great one. I didn’t get his last name but he’s the bartender that works there and he’s friendly, attentive, and overall a very sweet person! If you’re looking for a place to relax and hang out, this is definitely worth checking out. Bonus points if you play MyVegas as well since they have a BOGO free option for the Tom size beers that my friend and boyfriend definitely took advantage of.
