Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Paragould

The food was good, but the pizza I had delivered and paid almost $22 for had all of the toppings slid to the side. I was hoping for a simple request to come trade the pizza for a fresh one, I would even pick it up myself. When I called at 6:19pm on 15 April, a man picked up the phone. I explained the situation and he simply said "oh okay" before putting me on hold until I disconnected.

I'm not too concerned with the pizza, but I was not happy about the quality of service - I paid for a quality pizza and received a mess. The cheese was all melted together and could not be spread back out, so I simply tried to add some more and heat in my own oven. Just annoying more than anything else.

To their credit, the rest of the order was fantastic...

I ordered my food over the phone and had it delivered. I paid with my debit card. They changed me 5 times. They say they didn't, that it's just a pending charge. That it won't go thru. I called my bank and they say, it was charged or it wouldn't be pending. All I can say is $180 is more than chicken Alfredo and burnt bread sticks are worth. I won't be eating at Pizza hut again. I can't afford it! But I'm not done yet if this...

I acutally just orederd a pizza yesterday like 45 mins before they closed was here in 15 mins thought it was odd said a 45 min wait but didnt think anything of it my family started to eat the pizza and it was undercooked!!!! The bottom of our pizza was like Dough !!!!! Highley ticked off i use to love there pizzas now its awful!!! Will be calling for a refund wasnt worth...
