Subway — Restaurant in Paramount

September,24 2018 I order a foot long Tuna.. with fresh veggies, presentation of the food look horrible..the tuna was strech like they ran out of tuna & scrap the side if the container..all I tasted was bread and flavor from the lack of tuna....., The bread 🍞 was so soggy uggg😖 that it drip with the smelly tuna my hands smell like tuna fish my clothes it was a mess to much vinerger the manaise even turn in to a wet mess conbine my experience was very unsatisfactory .I call the location 8809 alondra Blvd, Paramount.I was told we don't remaked orders.& The manager not here..that they basically run the store ..manager is on call..Waste of money waste of time I smell like tuna fish from the soggy wet mess and the poor food presentation I walk in with a smile now all I feel is awful 😱🙄😒😔😞I am a female, and other subway franchise never made me feel so disgusted..and stink..This is my second chance I gave them The first time..I ate at a location I love the other store presentation so much on del amo and bellflower shopping center 5517 Del amo blvd The guy made my beef wrap it was Soo good & delicious, I brag on it to co workers same day I went to the location I went to today on 8809 alondra Blvd and I was disappointed the first time, flavor and presentation was not met and even use a beef that was not the beef that normally use for the beef wrap..So today I hope that location redeem it self ..So I order foot long tuna like ii mention on top..The worst food experience..Never will I be back .supervisor need to be advised / and strongly assist even more food prep training & food preparation..I was scare I took another bite I would become sick..this is how people at Chipotle became I'll from poor food preparation & food presentation..not high rank services at all more like when you think you getting good services at a Chinese food place and then realized there server are not as clean or there food..if I could rate a 0 i would..this store need supervision & guidance..it ran by the employee..not one supervisor on store location..reason this location is losing it food profession..this location even charges more for food item, then regular location..almost like there making a side profit..by been un_superviser, not honest ..Good service is only the meet & greet not the...

If I had to rate this a 0 I would ! I came in yesterday to order food & I had the worse experience ever here ! Ordered a couple sandwiches & a soup , the sandwich breads were all supper old & hard , the sandwiches were horribly made ! My soup portion was all way off the container literally closer to the bottom ! So I realized when I get back so I start eating my sandwich and it was so stale I was trying to injoy and really couldn’t so I ate half the sandwich then I’m like the sandwich wasn’t it so I open my soup and it’s half ways so I get my sandwich & soup and take it back to get treated horrible I was accused of eating the soup cause I wanted my money back on the soup ! Then Vanessa the manager ! Says I ate the soup ! So then with her unprofessionalism as a manager she puts my money on the counter not...

The service from Yamileth is absolutely terrible. She was in a rush and could tell she doesn't care about her job. I understand she probably doesn't plan on working there for the rest of her life but atleast try to make a good sub instead of just throwing food on bread. She messed up my son's sub when he clearly said his order. I didn't feel comfortable with her making my other sub so I asked the other employee to make it. I don't understand how employees fail to realized our business makes there salary. If you don't like your job work at mcds or...
