Been going there for a while then yesterday there was this asian guy that was really really nasty. We were looking for a cake that we always buy over there but they dont have it and then he got irritated like he doesnt want to be bothered. After we decided we will just get the cake that is available he ask us about the candle that was included in the cake purchase we said a pack and then he ask again is “it for a birthday how many do you need” then we said just give us a pack and he shaked his said like he was annoyed. I ordered a cake a week in advanced. When I go to pick up. They tell me the cake was not made. They tell me the person who does the cakes hasn't come to work. Which is not my problem because I paid for a service.They could of called me and told me earlier of the problem. It's very irresponsible showing up and telling me no cake last minute. I dont recommend ordering cakes from this location. They are not reliable at all. I did get my refund but no compensation or nothing. I ended up going to the Closter location and got a cake last minute luckily. I normally go to the location in Brooklyn, New York which are reliable however in Paramus I Highly dont recommend...

Absolutely disgusting!!!! Went to get a banana pecan muffin took a bite and in the middle i saw something that I pulled out and looked like a maggot that was cooked inside the muffin 🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮 — went to bring it back to show them and I didn’t even say anything just showed the manager in the cafe and he already knew what it was meaning he knew how disgusting this place is and how the health department should be checking in on this not sure how they are open with bugs in the dessert !!! i will never in my life give this place 1$ again absolutely needs to be...
