Yukiguni Ramen — Restaurant in Paramus

I'm searching online for the menu so that I can understand what item I have instead of the fried oysters I ordered. I ordered Japanese seafood ramen. I don't remember if it was as pictured on the menu, but I did expect large shrimp and clams. It has more of a seafood salad medley in it. I ordered fried oysters, but I received a kind of hashbrown potato with corn. There were 4 of these patties in the box, so I thought perhaps their fried oysters were minced and formed with a filler then fried, but after taking a bite I realized I have a different item. I would like to know what this menu item is. It cost 12 dollars and I should have noticed that was not the 4 pieces of oysters, but the receipt only says "custom amount" and not the item name.

This was extremely disappointing. The staff seemed to be careless and indifferent. In hindsight, they are not a mom & pop shop which are usually very good food & good value. But this was obviously corporate staff. Yesterday, I ordered shrimp tempura udon & bulgogi nigiri. It was ultimately over-priced & I regret giving a tip when I paid in advance. The only good part was the udon noodles were adequate, cooked correctly & chewy. But the rest: the broth was weak, 2 tiny pieces of frozen shrimp tempura warmed up and no other condiments to the soup. For the nigiri, it tasted like nothing 🤬 Because it wasn’t in the bag! I ordered a tonkotsu miso ramen and it barely had any broth. I at least expect the broth to slightly cover my noodles but as you can see, that was not the case. The taste of the food was disappointing. The noodles were cooked properly at least but the broth lacked flavor and the pork tasted different and not in a good way. The quality of the overall dish did not justify the $16 price point. This place used to be good however, I do not plan on ordering ramen from here again after...
