Tropical Juice Bar — Restaurant in Paramus

Horrible experience. Ordered my Smoothie and Empanadas online. They dispatched an Uber Eats Driver who couldn't find my office building. I called and tried speaking to him. He was rude and sat at another address across the street for over 45 minutes with my order in his car. Every time I called him he would hang up on me.

Company did contact me and apologized for the delivery person's behavior. However, they still haven't made good in their statement to me on the phone. Today, I texted and emailed them as they said to do that and currently am waiting on a response.

Called Tropical Juice who said they are going to look into it. Still have not heard back from them and I get the impression that they are not in a hurry to resolve the issue

Went to the register to make an order was greeted. and then the staff allowed an extremely rude woman to push her way in front of me and proceded to ignore me as i stood there. I am astounded at the rudeness of your staff I walked away. If i had any influence at all, I would make sure to let as many people know how badly your staff treats people. The food was great. A tiny tiny bit expensive but I’m from Paterson (I’m cheap), it’s normal price for mall food. Staff was A1- great service- and beautiful women. Can’t go wrong with that. I ordered the chicken bites and passion fruit juice. Juice was also fire.

Ps: I was reading the reviews and that review by Robert Brislin is just embarrassing for him. Complains about a customer- but blames the staff- doesn’t get food-but rates it 1 star....
