UPDATE. I was contacted by a lego representative, took my information and never heard from them again. Lego is just another company who puts profits before customer satisfaction, even tho it was thier error.l The markup on thier plastic is huge, for the sake of thier dollars they won't make the customer whole or right. Amazon is the exact same price, that is where I will go from now on. I was belittled and berated by the store supervisor after trying to buy a clearly mispriced toy. They acknowledged it was not priced correctly but I was humiliated by the supervisor in front of my family and customers. I am on a limited budget but I don't need that humiliation by a young woman like that. All three employees acknowledged the error but refused to sell it at the posted price....
Read moreThis store is adorable! The employees are so helpful, kind, and passionate about what they do. Prices are expensive due to it being Lego, but the product quality can not be beaten. Unfortunately there are a lot of loose kids in the store since parents will leave them here, and it's a place scalpers visit so some new sets may go quickly out of stock. However, the store is never too slow to bring items back on the shelves and the layout is not as disjointed nor difficult to navigate as compared to other stores....

The employees are obviously passionate about helping the collectors (and talking shop) as well as ushering in new kids to the craft. Paula is the best! A Lego store staple, the make-a-minifigure kiosk is so much fun for all ages and the pick-a-piece wall is always fun to check out for new pieces. This store is a must-stop-shop on any trip to the mall. Always well-lit, well-stocked, and well-staffed. Makes the American Dream store feel depressing...
