I purchased a few videos games and then a few minutes later I decided that I had to return them because I no longer wanted them and the cashier Marry tried a few times to scan the receipt to return the games I purchased but the system was recognizing the receipt so she tried entering it manually and it didn’t work and she said that it wasn’t in there system I told her that I literally purchased this a few minutes ago and If I can speak to her manager because this is just unacceptable and she said her manager is not in and she didn’t want to call him because there was nothing he can do and I said that I don’t care call the manager and she said she can’t I got my sister on the phone and Marry was being extremely rude and disrespectful to my sister my sister demanded to give my returns back and she’s like it’s not working and we’re about to close and my sister responded I don’t care we can wait here all night if we have to and she said if you guys do that we will call security my sister said that go ahead call them we’re not doing anything wrong you’re the one who’s doing something wrong and let me speak to her manager and marry refused and repeatedly asking for her name and marry ignored her and she she literally went on my phone and hung up on my sister she’s like if she’s going to be acting like that I’m not talking to her and I’m not that’s not ok that’s never okay and she said that if we don’t leave she’s going to call security and we left and we turned around to get a quick picture of her so we can fill a complaint and just as we were she already called security and literally 8 security guards came surrounding us like we quickly left but for a return for all of this I’m never coming to this place again!...
Read moreI visited on Thanksgiving, night before black Friday, they were to open for a few hours. By some weird luck, we were first in line before opening, they were some people behind us, nothing crazy. I was impressed that one of the employees came out with a binder and was asking in an organized manner what the first ~6-7 costumers were going to buy, just to accelerate the process... well well, it didn't do the trick, I was first in line and end up with a messed up order and having to request everything again. The cashier assigned to my order was a sweet kid but not properly trained for a busy day like Black Friday, he looked like hired for the day only. Anyway, I ended up getting what I requested but in a clumsy, inefficient way. In other days, it hasn't been particularly impressive service either, but definitely more efficient...

He is nervous wreck and just isn't a people person. I preordered a product and it was just mistake after another from the final payment to the code for bonus features that came with the preorder. Never got my code or my actual receipt for the final payment and pick up. Even showed up to the midnight release to be told that they didn't have product.
