My family and I love Dunkin Donuts. We don't have one anywhere close to near home, but we visit family in Paris and looked forward to having our DD fix. Unfortunately, we weren't only upset, but also very disappointed. We walked in and we were the only ones there. The employee behind the counter seemed impatient, so we went ahead and ordered.. she got our dozen Donuts and I told her we needed to order more, and she snapped at me and said we had to wait because she doesn't know how to run the register. I said ok, then I just let her know that we were thinking about getting some different coffees, and she rudely repeated what she said before. Long story short, we were helped by another employee/manager, the wait wasn't too long, 3 more customers walked in, so when. They called out the drink orders, I noticed there was a drink sitting there for a while. It was a frozen caramel Frappuccino. My son orders a hot caramel cappucino.. I told the manager who helped us and he instantly got it corrected for us, but the 1st employee that originally helped us , handed it out to us and again, very rude and not well mannered. I said thank you so very much, I got a stare, no thank you, and she walked uway mumbling something. My son and husband and I still are not sure what we did or said to upset her. Maybe she was having a bad day? But still. Anyways... our Donuts were DISGUSTIONG, DRY AND HARD. OMG. WORSE DONUTS EVER!!!!

Read moreWe placed an order for 50 people which was 5 totes of coffee and 5 dozen donuts on Monday for a very large staff meeting for the following week (10 days ahead to be exact) also called back later that afternoon to confirm the time and date again! The manager called today (2 days after the confirmation call) stating “this is the manager at Dunkin and your order is ready” I informed her the order was not supposed to be until the following Wednesday on the 5th. She then replied “ well that’s not what so and so told me” I tried to be empathetic and say I’m sorry for any confusion we hope (click she hangs up the phone). Considering this was an order over $200 and you just hung up on a business. We will not be doing business with you again. We returned a call back directly to the manager that she is the reason we will not be proceeding with our order and to cancel. Dunkin, do better in your hiring of your staff you have now lost a guaranteed order of $200+ and the order they incorrectly made today, so over $400 because your manager directly. This is your store leader who is talking to business customers like this. I can only image how she treats single customers and staff. Unfortunately your store will suffer and long as she plays a role in your store. Every job is a choice. You chose to work there Mrs. manager personal accountability is everything...
Read moreDO NOT waste ur money on the donuts, they’re not good. This place is unsanitary considering I’ve worked here, but I’m mostly writing this review due to the manager. The manager Melanie, takes long breaks all the time smoking cigarettes, and doesn’t wash her hands or put gloves on literally ever. there’s been roaches, mice feces behind cabinets and I’ve seen flies on the donuts often. Melanie is supposed to be the manager, but when I called her because I had questions about my paychecks and Dunkin card, she never returned my calls from the previous week or anything(I was an employee) and it’s her job to help employees with things like that. So I went to Dunkin to talk to someone who could help me and saw Melanie. I waited for her to get off her break but she was clearly ignoring me so I asked her if I could talk to about it but she quickly cut me off, said I was harassing her, and threatened to call the police on me FOR ABSOLUTELY NO REASON. WHICH IS CRAZY! (If anything Melanie was harassing me several times a week when she would call me at 5 in the morning on my days off work to try and get me to come when someone didn’t show up to work). So, I asked Melanie for HR and the Dunkin Owners number and she laughed in my face and said she can’t give me that information so I left Dunkin and wrote this review.
