KFC — Restaurant in Paris

As usual KFC got it wrong. No honey or ranch dip, which I asked for. Nothing to eat with, AND NO COOKIE with my fill up!

Went back for my utensils and had to go through the line AGAIN.

It had been so long since my order my biscuit was hard and my food was cold.

If you go here check EVERYTHING before you leave the window! Not even an Apology!

I love KFC chicken, but I HATE this franchise! Make sure you check everything before you leave the pick up window.

Update. April 8, 2021

Hadn't been there in 8 months until today.Now I remember why. Spent over 30.00 on a fill up large order. Tenders were decent. Mashed potatoes and gravy were good. Biscuits were fresh.

That's where it ended. Chicken pieces were slimy inside. Not sure if they were undercooked, or not good to begin with. Green beans were full of stems, and not jut one or two. I think they saved them all up for me. (Pretty sure they weren't just picked.)

And by the way... What happened to the distinctive KFC flavor? Might as well buy Walmart Fried chicken....

There was no sauce for my strips, although the receipt said that it was included.

This was pre-ordered. They weren't rude to me, but they were dismissive and seemed to be agitated with me. I felt like I was interrupting them unnecessarily.

It was another story when my daughter picked the order up. They had no idea what or who ordered it... When or what it was... although they took my name when I placed the order.

THIS time, they WERE rude!

I contacted corporate. I don't want a replacement because I will never again order even a Coke from the Paris TN. KFC! Not EVER!

We drove 12 miles tonight and went through the drive through and our order total was $67.47 . We paid for our order and the girl at the window said it would be 20 minutes and to please pull over to the side . We parked across from the window and waited for 53 minutes and still no food and no one came out to check on us ! There were 3-4 cars parked beside us and they all got their orders and left . My husband went in the building and came back out to get the receipt! He said they didn’t have our order and couldn’t find it and wanted to see proof of the order ! He took the receipt back in and they quickly gave us our order when they saw he was very upset . He said they just acted like it was nothing and no one apologized, offered a discount or extra food for our trouble . He said the girl who took our order didn’t remember taking that order . So the chicken was there they had just lost the order somehow ! We got everything we ordered and I had ordered 3 extra chicken strips . The chicken strips were barely 2” long and very greasy . We have been going to the Paris location for YEARS and have only had problems one other time That time I waited 30 minutes and they said they lost our order . We love KFC but we will not be back to the Paris location . I rarely if ever leave a bad review anywhere but this was a horrible experience and...

PROS: The store is SPOTLESS there is one woman that comes out to clean each and every table and seat at least twice an hour. When she is not there, you can tell as the store is not clean. She makes sure the fountain drink area is also free of debris and pop sprayed all over is wiped up immediately. This woman would be an asset to any establishment . I just called the store and her name is Susan. GREAT JOB SUSAN!! I can tell when you are not there. :)

CON: They never and I mean hardly ever have chicken livers in stock. Its so very annoying to drive all the way there, 20 miles to find none are available that day. 3 days this past week they were promised to be in at 6 am on the truck , only to get there and there are none. HOW does a manager not order enough food weekly? This happens every single week. I am sure they have lost many customers over this. I have heard tons of customers crabbing about not being able to have chicken livers on the buffet nor Pot Pies, which most all stores offer on theirs. When the buffet costs almost $10 per person, you would think they would offer other proteins?? SOOOO.........Get it together Paris KFC your customers are...
