Well seems like this sonic is getting worse every day . Just called sonic and spoke to manager names Renee very disrespectful told me to bring food back after I spent 20 mins trying to call and finally got ahold of her to have her tell me to bring food back and hung phone up on me said basically I was a lier never ever will I go back to this sonic I will drive 30 mins to murry and get sonic from now on They don’t listen to anything you say ever you have to repeat your self 20xs . Idk how many times you can tell them for example this order was extra sweet cream no lime on the dirty drink , Crispy chicken was no lettuce And we get to window and told them please make sure no limes and of course he has to remake the drink cause they put lime in it . Then my chicken has lettuce on it . Then my sweet tea is actually regular tea .. this is not the first time we come here couple times a week and every time something is messed up I’ve had to throw 20 dirty drinks away cause I ask for no limes and they always have them . Or something with food is messed up every day and the new owner has delt with a couple of this issues already but come on it’s common since listen to customers stop being on your phones or not...
Read moreI am a door dasher… I have a bit to say so please read all of this and bear with me… the people here are 1- very rude they had just handed me an order (night staff by the way) and I was double checking if I had the customers proper order. It only took me a couple seconds and there was nobody AT ALL behind me and I heard the two women at the window complaining about me (SHE WONT LEAVE) and very mean scowls from both of the women.. she then flung open the window with quite alot of attitude and I told her I was only making sure I had the correct order and she was very snobby…. Other nights (including this one) they just don’t pay attention… on another night they got me the complete wrong order for my customer
And on another occasion they didn’t pay attention that I was DoorDash I said it around 3 times that I was DoorDash and they kept thinking I was their customer and tried to charge me… needless to say they are very unfriendly and all around deaf or just stupid. At least the night staff I am not speaking for the morning staff since I don’t really DoorDash around...
Read morePoor service. Poor quality. Ordered a bacon cheeseburger toaster, onion rings , rootbeer, and a Snickers caramel concrete.. I showed them my concrete was soft like a milk shake. The overall presentation If The ice cream was poor. One young lady said, it ain't that bad! I said I've seen better. Then a other young lady comes to show me what the ice cream look like coming out of the machine... she offered to make another. It was just as watery as the first. I asked what was the difference from the concrete custards and the other ice cream on the menu , she said some powder... I said but it's not concrete like it said.. she says they're different than Other franchise??? Lol I asked, is this not sonic?? I was like ok, whatever. Asked for some ketchup and she didn't come back to the window.. so the first young lady have me ketchup.. basically, I spent $13 bucks and couldn't enjoy my soda or ice cream. Threw them both away. Esp the ice cream, took too long to make the 2nd one. Figured they spit in it..... if i go back tomorrow, it will be to talk to...
