We stopped in tonight for dinner and unfortunately this is a one and done situation.

The wait was short to get a table and this was as good as it got. The server was very polite but not at all attentive. The sampler plate appetizer sounded good and we started of with that. It was cold and mushy not a great start. My wife had to ask for ranch because it wasn’t on the platter. After a short wait my wife stopped the food runner to ask a second time for ranch.

Our meals came out and we had both ordered the chicken fried steak with mashed potatoes . I had ordered the steamed broccoli as my second side but received coleslaw. I wonder if a ln experience cook staff wouldn’t have questioned this combination? Well I pointed it out and the runner brought me a bowl of broccoli that was cold and almost raw.

Our server stopped to ask if we needed refills and took our glasses. She was gone for a good ten minutes and visited the table next to us to take their order. When asked about our drinks she stated she was taking the menus back and would bring our drinks. It took her another 5 minutes to bring drinks to us. Meanwhile nobody has bothered to take the empty appetizer plate that’s been sitting on the table the whole time.

While eating the ac kicked on and caused an already bad experience to become even worse. I put my hoodie on and my son had to put his coat on. I mean sitting and eating while bundled up is not very inviting. A couple at the table next to us got up and switched sides of the table to try to get out of the draft. When they pointed it out an employee argued that it was the heater that was on.

Sitting there waiting for a check with half a meal on the plate and nobody batted an eye. Nobody notices and nobody seems to care. The icing on the cake, the whole family feels sick to their stomach.

All in all the food is bland, cold and oily. The atmosphere is lacking and seems like a poor copy of the original GTs that used to be around town. The service is nonexistent. I wouldn’t recommend...

Man, this was a really disappointing experience. We were so excited for it to open after they took like a whole year to open. We went tonight on a Saturday night. There was a wait to be seated so we anticipated it being busy. It took about ten minutes before anyone came to take a drink order, which they then forgot about and had to come take it again about ten minutes later. We ordered our food when we ordered the drinks the first time and it took the kitchen a little over an hour to make our food. My wife ordered the John Wayne burger and they brought her a Nashville hot chicken sandwich. She didn’t want me to say anything and said she wanted to eat it. But even the wrong food was messed up. The chicken had been so over cooked that there was barely any chicken left inside the inch thick burnt breading. And it was sitting under the heat lamp so long the bun was actually burned.

My chicken fired steak and mashed potatoes came about five minutes after her food and it was cold… waited over an hour for cold food. I asked them to throw it in the microwave and warm it up but they didn’t bring it back. But they did remember to bring out my onion rings, which were at least fresh although they weren’t good tasting.

After finishing my onion rings I asked for him to check on my chicken fried steak and see if it was still in the microwave . He came back and said they were making me afresh one, which they did but he put it in a to go box. Which I promptly open and explained to him I want to eat my dinner that I’ve now waited for an hour and a half to eat…. and would you believe me if I told you the mashed potatoes were ice cold again ?!?!! I ate the chicken fried steak and left.

I don’t know what’s going on at this place but good lord get it together. It’s not Michelin starred food. Find a short order cook who knows their brain from a scrambled egg and get a kitchen manager who’s worked in a...

We've been to this location about a dozen times now and have never had good service. But we keep coming back because I understand that opening a new restaurant is hard and it takes a bit to get the kinks out. We also have a little one and I want her to have the same memories I did going there as a child. However, this last experience was truly baffling. Our server (who has been mentioned in other bad reviews) clearly couldn't keep up with her 3 tables who also seemed to be getting subpar service. There was no host so we waited a little while to get seated by another server. We were seated at 4pm and didn't get greeted until 4:15. My husband actually had to flag her down as she passed by our table several times without a word. That was basically the theme for the duration of our meal. At one point we had to ask her if we could order because she apparently forgot that we hadnt. When our food finally came at almost 5pm, I asked for the check and a box immediately because we didn't have time to enjoy our meal. I then realized I got the wrong protein on my salad. I alerted the server to which she responded "oh, you did?". She proceeded to do nothing about it. She ran my credit card and wished us well. She didn't offer any solution to fix the mistake or to take it off my bill. We weren't a difficult table, water and 1 coffee to drink (that my husband had to ask the food runner to refill), no modifications or unusual requests. 2 seperate tables who were seated after us in a different section had already left before our food even arrived. Even a day later I'm still stunned by our experience. I wish she would have informed a manager so we could have spoken to someone when I told her that we weren't happy. But here I am writing my very first bad review instead. So many missed opportunities to...

We were here on May 10th for an early Mothers day lunch. The burgers my sister and I had were very good, my mother enjoyed her meatloaf. We ordered the mushrooms as soon as we sat down. They were fairly busy, but it still took 35 minutes for the mushrooms to come out. They were ok, heavy on the breading but, still ok. Our server, I cant remember her name, she had long dark hair and was nice enough, but not attentive at all. I never even received a refill on my drink and we were there for about 2 1/2 hours. The real issue was when dessert came out. My mother had the ice cream sundae with caramel, my sister opted for the fruit tart that comes with a caramel sauce and whipped cream and I went for the banana split having seen one come out when we first arrived and it looked good. By the time we received our ice cream it was a soup. My sisters tart had no caramel or whipped cream. When I got the servers attention I pointed out the missing toppings on the tart and said the ice creams were melted. Her reaponse was "yeah sorry, our ice cream is always soft because we make a lot of shakes and malts." Which I found to be a ridiculous excuse. My mom's was in a bowl and was easier to eat half melted. I have added a photo of my poor excuse for a banana split. Full disclosure, i had taken two bits of it. But it was melted enough I had to stop eating it because it was going all over. You can clearly see all the melted liquid around it. It was very disappointing. The server did take my sisters tart back and added the missing topping. I do think our ice cream sat for awhile waiting to be picked up. Overall, 3 stars as the burgers were fantastic.

I’m a former restaurant manager, so I tend to be both a little picky and pretty understanding. I’m writing this in hopes it’s helpful feedback! This was our third visit (first since the grand reopening), and honestly, after our previous experiences, we weren’t sure we’d be back. But I saw the post about the new changes and wanted to give it another try and I’m glad we did! The food was much better this time around, and the new menu has a great variety with reasonable prices. My order was made incorrectly (I had asked to sub bacon for sausage, Swiss for cheddar, and tater tots) but it actually ended up being delicious, so I didn’t send it back since my toddler and I were both starving. Our server was fine, just not very personable or attentive, nothing major, but noticeable. It looked like a lot of the other servers were working hard! Food took a little longer than expected, though not a big deal. The only real disappointment was our milkshake, it was thin and not blended and the glass was only about ¾ full, which seemed off since other tables’ shakes looked great, so maybe just a server slip-up. All in all, I can definitely tell the owner has made some positive changes, and I’m happy to say we’ll be back to give it another try!

Went to a Gunther Toody’s in Columbine area a while back ago which was good though a little far from home… but my experience in newer Parker location was far better. This location is large and so clean! Love the Halloween decor and the very large dining area was big enough but with enough space and booths that when full of customers it wasn’t loud at all. Our server Winnie H was amazing! So patient and friendly, bringing us our tasty food hot and fresh with a smile and kept our drink cups full asking if we needed anything else. Definitely one of the best servers we had in a long time at any establishment. To the cooks - y’all did great as well. Food well seasoned and delicious. Thanks for the perfect sunny side up eggs! Coffee, hot chocolate and shakes were absolutely delicious as well. We will be back here again for sure!!
