I purchased a device Wednesday this week from Smoking Buddah. The device I picked came with highy with high praise ONLINE. I drove down because they seemed to be the only ones close that carried it. After two days and contacting the manufacturer about the device/cartridges. They could not ever resolve this with me.

I then contacted smoking Buddah last evening with my concerns. Spoke to Kyle and told him I wondering if they could exchange it for a different product. I know from running a small business myself that sometimes that's a stretch. We are not built like big box stores or chains. Kyle did not argue and was sensitive to my request. I drove down first thing this morning. Kyle exchanged it no questions. The unit was actually 10 bucks more than the one I exchanged it for in the end. He tried to credit me for the difference. I refused.

They made me whole again and that alone was worth the 10 dollar difference. Thank you Kyle! This shop is amazing. I live in South Aurora and normally drive up to 120th for my fav juice. NOT ANYMORE! If you need juice and are close to the Parker area stop by. They have the most Juice and better yet Salt Nic Juice selection is the best I have ever seen. They recommended a Taylor House Brand with honey and Graham cracker that's fire. After the exchange I picked up another Taylor House Strawberry Crunch which he tried to give me the credit applied...I refused that because I want to give this Shop my money. Amazing Shop, Customer Service by employees make a small business and I'll be back over and over....

My sales clerk Richard (Rich) did a phenomenal job with me. Going above and beyond with his top notch customer service skills and his meticulousness with me!! Rich answered EVERY single one of my questions, no matter how mundane they might have seemed!! As a matter of fact, Rich made it possible for me to leave that establishment with an excessive amount of knowledge and truly understanding the products that I purchased. Just by him being extremely patient with me, guiding me step by step, while thoroughly explaining each step in great detail. You see, I am brand new to the vaping community. Therefore I expressed to Rich that I am ready to quit my cigarette smoking habit ASAP. So Rich completely made sure that I was well informed as well as comfortable with all the information that I was taking in before he would move on to the next step. This was extremely beneficial for me and quite frankly it was a breath of fresh air! I did not feel rushed or pressured in any sort of way! Therefore primarily due to the warm welcome, superb knowledge, and impeccable customer service that I received, I will without a doubt definitely be returning to The Smoking Buddha at 19511 E Parker Square Drive in Parker Colorado.
