I placed an order online for pickup and followed the very clearly written instructions to park in front of the store and call to have my order brought to my car. I arrived and called the store 1 minute prior to the pickup time on my email confirmation. Brooke informed me she saw my vehicle outside and someone would bring out my order when it was ready. After waiting outside for an additional 20 minutes, I went inside to inquire about my order. The young lady at the counter said my pizza had been ready for quite a while. I advised I had been waiting outside for 20 minutes, and she then asked if I had called when I arrived, and I responded that I had, 20 minutes ago. I explained that I certainly would have been happy to come inside upon my arrival, but their website very clearly stated to wait at the curb and call. The gentleman working the gelato area then also turned to look at me and asked if I had called when I arrived, and again I confirmed I had. They both then laughed lightheartedly and said never to listen to technology. I stated that I did not want the pizzas if they had been sitting in the boxes for 20 minutes while I sat outside, waiting for them to bring it out “when it was ready”. They assured me it was kept fresh in the warming oven and would be fine. I arrived home to eat 5 minutes later and the pizza was neither fresh nor fine. It was warm, but the toppings were congealed and the crust was hard. Awful dinner, and while I understand mistakes happen, there are other places in town that make pizza and instruct their staff to manage to-go orders according to the instructions they give customers to follow. At minimum, offering to make fresh pizzas or even apologize for their mistake rather than offering advice to disregard website instructions would...
Read moreUpdate... Went back... Good food for the concept. Good sauce and I enjoyed the lasagna. Great service and friendly staff
First time. I'll give it one more try but... Rosa... Good sauce, but noodles were way undercooked. Added sausage, average, but they were cold. Garlic bread is horrible! Covered in oil... Maybe a cheap olive oil but doubtful. So greasy we couldn't eat it. Started with a Caesar salad but there was barely any dressing. I like a salad light on dressing... Tossed preferably... But this salad was barely blessed with the dressing. Tortellini was good with a good sauce.
Biggest problem was we ordered a pizza for someone else in our party. Pasta was delivered. No pizza. We waited to eat. No pizza. Started to eat. No pizza. No one checked on us, even though we still had our number. Finally someone asked if we were okay... Seemed to care but didn't do anything about it. Finally after waiting a while, we grabbed someone from kitchen on their way to deliver food. He went to kitchen. Then proceeded to look around the restaurant to see where it went THEN made a new pizza after telling us it was delivered elsewhere. We finished our pasta when the pizza showed. Pesto pizza. Pool of grease on top... Maybe from pesto sauce. Crust is soggy in middle and chicken was dry. Tasted okay, though.
They comped the pizza... Thank you. I get they were busy but they leave the numbers on the table... Probably what caused the confusion. We had our number until the end.
Be advised, the concept here is wait in line. They bring you the food. I thought it was a regular restaurant. Perfect if that's what you want but a little pricey. I'll give them another chance like I do all restaurants but with different expectations... Then change the rating if...

Not sure what's happened, but the service has really taken a dive. Everyone's still friendly, but it now seems like a bunch of young kids running around, with no real idea what they're doing. Guessing there are a lot of new people, and not much training.
We ordered a pizza and a glass of wine. They forgot the wine. My wife went up to the counter to check, and they poured a glass. We got back to the table and the glass clearly hadn't been washed....it had lip prints all over it. Another trip to the counter to get a new glass, and the next girl had no idea where to get the red wine. Seriously.
Then, our pizza was brought out from yet another girl, and she forgot to bring plates. After asking for plates, the girl brought us (no kidding) salad bowls. We literally had to explain that, no, we wanted plates for our pizza and the girl looked at us like a deer in headlights. She finally said that she wasn't sure if there were any that were clean, and after a bit, came back with actual plates.
What is going on Mici Parker? Your service used to be so good! Luckily the food was still its usual good quality.
Went for the first time on Friday. Even though this was a fast casual 'order at the counter' place (think Mod Market), they couldn't have been more attentive or nicer. Really impressed with the customer service and hustle of the folks working there! We had cheese pizza, which was admittedly not the most exciting thing to order, but look forward to trying the pastas. The...
