I’ve been a customer for years, and today was my last day ordering. We spent $88 on food, and when we got home we found a bug in our food. We decided to go through the rest of the food and noticed legs from another bug in another meal. This ruined our appetite and we called asking for a refund. We were asked to take the food back (which is a 20 minute drive), then we were still refused a refund and they kept the food (not that we would ate it anyway). There was no apology, the owner was very disrespectful, and they did nothing but waste our time by making us bring the food back. She even stated there was only bugs in the cilantro as if that made it better. We are all human and understand things happen, but a good business owner would have showed empathy and offered refund- not make excuses about bugs being in the food. Because of this, we will not be supporting their business...

SUGGESTION for restaurant owner 🙏 please read: please use foil or parchment paper to lay under the hot food. I got tacos today for my first time after I ate all of them (they were delicious), I notice the styrofoam at the bottom was melted in different places. The tacos came out fresh and hot so of course it melted the styrofoam. It definitely attached to the tacos I ate. This is unsafe and healthy. Please change this, as I was sure I found my go-to taco spot! This one simple change will have me and family/friends coming back 🙏.
