I needed photos scanned to a flash drive to include in a slideshow for a funeral. I called ahead and asked if it was something that they did and what the cost would be. They said it was and it would be 15 cents per photo. I went in and dropped them off and asked how soon they could complete the project. She said by the end of that day, if not early the next day. Afternoon of the next day I had not heard yet and I called to check on the status. They had not yet started and could not tell me when they would be done. They then called me and told me it would actually cost $3 per photo. While I wasnāt thrilled at this, I had already wasted all that time and they needed to be done. I finally got a call at 7PM that evening telling me they were finished. I picked them up first thing this morning. The product I received is disgraceful. They scanned them not as image files but as PDFs which means my ability to crop and/or enlarge them is severely diminished. There are some that are cut off, there are some that were scanned backwards, and there are many that I have had to re-scan myself. I thought I could trust the āprofessionalsā with a project that is near to my heart and now I am out almost $500, lost three days worth of time and a very, very disappointing product. Do not trust them to do any quality control. Do not trust them with anything precious or...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreOftentimes a good deed goes un-noticed but we want to make sure that everyone is aware of the help we recently received from the Parker Office Depot and manager Amanda Fouts. My tutoring company has been a provider for the Supplemental Education Services program through the CDE for the past 11 years. We provide tutoring services for disadvantaged students in neighboring districts to help them get up to grade level in reading a math. As part of our program, we give these students a laptop so that they may continue learning at home when the program is completed. This year, our normal supplier was unable to supply us with the laptops we needed, so we contacted the Office Depot in Parker. Amanda was so helpful in helping us to secure the laptops we needed and was even able to discount the price. We so appreciate all the help that she gave us, because it enabled us to help kids who really could use...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreš”š”š”š” definitely very disappointed, I was at the store today 05/05/25 in the morning to print some personal things, the girl at the counter treated me super rude, I needed to print something in large format and I needed the information. she asked me and in the worst way, what I need to print. I've been there before to print some things for different projects, this hasn't happened before. She needs to learn customer service skills. Behind me in line was an older gentleman, he needed to scan something, she treated him in an unacceptable manner, the gentleman was not familiar with technology, he just wanted to scan and send the document to an email, as he had done many times before but she had a problem with each request from this gentleman, honestly it was disgusting behavior. nobody deserves this treatment and less if you are a senior..
She doesn't deserve even one star for her...
