This Starbucks lacks basic manners. Even though they are effectively efficient in the delivery of their product, their verbal politeness does not exist. This has been occuring weekly for about 2 months, but today was a huge eye opener. As I walked in the door to pick up my mobile order, I said "Good morning!" There was no response from the two gentleman behind the counter. As I left, I said "Thank you." Both of them looked at me and said nothing. I was THE ONLY customer in the store. We asked if we could ordered the summer drinks since it was advertised and the barista at the front said that they were out (which is weird because we saw another guest walking out with that exact same drink). The lady making the drinks was talking to, I can only assume, a friend/coworker who was obviously off the clock, in street clothes, hanging out by the pickup counter.
