I have had an easier time entering federal court buildings than ordering from a pizza from this place. I am new in town, and called to order a pizza. I had just read someone else comment that he had to give up his phone number to simply do a take out order, and I chuckled thinking that there is no way a place would be that ridiculous. To my despair, it became true: I originally called to first ask a question about their menu, but in order to proceed I had to give my name, address, and phone number before I could even ask, which was almost pointless to ask because she didn't answer it very well ( I figured she would know roughly how many people a large pizza at their institution would feed in order for me to properly gauge my necessary order, but she wasn't to sure and gave me a "I don't know, maybe 3"). Feeling meh, I placed an order for pick up anyways. Apparently, the call center doesn't know where their locations are at very well. I didn't know there were 10 of them, so I gave the nearest one to me and what road it's on, since that's all I knew, and the lady had no clue which restaurant I was talking about nor did she try to help me find out. I had to go online and look up the address myself. Then, she asks for payment, and despite being 2014, they don't take credit or debit cards, because according to the call taker, they are "not online". While I assumed they feared Skynet, she asked about using a check or cash. Not having any cash on me, I had to go with a check. After I searched for my check book and was getting prepared to provide unnecessary information over the telephone, she advises me that they only accept local checks. So, since I am from Indiana, I was SOL. I told her I couldn't order then, and she immediately hung up on me. So I wasted almost 7 frustrating minutes to not even get...
Read moreShoulda read the reviews first. They deliver which i needed. Gets hard to park a 70ft vehicle lol. Saw their Sicillian deep dish pizza had to try. Was hoping itd be close to my step mums, who is Sicillian. Yeahhh not even close! Only reason they appearantly can call this Sicillian is bc they make it in a square pan. Little Ceasars has a square pizza and isnt Sicillian pizza, but Little Ceasars has more flavor then Napolis. Had to look to make sure i hadnt grabbed a piece of the box. Sauce was flavorless and tasted store bought hunts sauce in a can, as was the crust. Crust sucked. It was all air. Only reason i got any form of flavor was bc of the toppings i ordered. Im in the area a fair bit but if this is the quality of the rest of Napolis food i wont waste my time trying anything else. Was also surprised that the menu didnt offer more variety of italian food. Stombolii, calzone, fettucini alfredo etc. Though im kinda glad it didnt after eating a slice of the Sicillian. I will be making ramen noodles next time i have to spend the night....
Read moreSo their website says giant 8 topping pizza for 18.99. We ordered online and the store called us from that order to get card info but the price was over $30. The submental woman who said she was a supervisor said that that must've been a fake website.... but we placed the order on that site and you called us from that order placed on that 'fake' site. Attempted to cancel the order 3 minutes after it was placed but was told it couldn't be canceled after it was placed, so i told them what i thought of them and that it would be disputed with the credit card company so they wouldn't get paid either way. Pathetic how poor customer service has gotten at napolis. Was in town for a family get together and wanted a napolis pizza but i would never order from them...
