The drive through guy was nice, sandwich was good, fries were AWFUL. Worst fries I've had at Arby's. I got a large order of curly fries because I usually love them, and it was a bad sign to hear the dark haired fry girl complaining about having to "Fight with the fryer" as I drive up to the window. Sure enough my fries were only half cooked and soggy. I have no idea how they would send out fries that aren't cooked, when Arby's signature fries are curly and crispy. Read moreStopped by the drive-thru late morning and to my surprise, my sandwich looked awful. The bun was not fresh and the meat had a bad rotten smell to it.
I proceeded to go back through the drive-thru and let them know. They offered me to get something else in which I did.
When at the drive-thru window, I overheard the manger say to the employee(s) (out of my view), "are you trying to kill people??".
The cashier gave me my new order and said "so sorry about that".
My new order was fresh this time around but the experience definitely marked me in a very negative way. Truly disappointed...
