Not really happy with this location. Don't get me wrong, they make a decent pizza, however the way I/we was treated and ripped off on 3 separate incidents by their manager made them lose a life long customer and thousands of dollars over years.
Trying to keep a long story short, we ordered this pizza a lot, simply out of convenience. We used their app to do so and picked up in store every time. Well when you use the app there is all kinds of rewards that stack up, which is great.
The problem is when you use these rewards to get a cheap or even free pizza occasionally, and you pay "in store" instead of "online" with a CC, it gives the manager the opportunity to make the decision that you aren't paying enough for their product, and he is able to change and manipulate the final price even though that final price was already calculated. When you complain about it, he'll reply "well I don't use the internet" "i don't have a phone that downloads apps" and he feigns ignorance in his attempt to make an extra $3-$5 dollars off of you.
After this happened twice to me and another incident of him making comments to my wife, we decided to take our business elsewhere.
There's simply too much competition out there to deal with garbage like this. Good pizza, somewhat. But certainly not good enough for me to deal with this kind of abuse.
Unfortunately they are a big family business in the area, and they stay pretty busy so this kind of stuff will continue to happen.
Hopefully someone will heed my warning though and I can prevent them for coming across...

I paid $78 dollars for 4 items…which is a high price…but well worth it if the quality and customer service are also delivered with the food. Today I got neither. I ordered for pick up…for myself off of door dash. Apparently that was my first mistake. The system to monitor incoming orders is manual and the folks at the counter seemed to be only paying attention to orders coming from other sources. So while DoorDash app told me it was time to pick up my order…I was told my ticket wasn’t yet being worked on and I should wait. I ended up waiting in the lobby for my food an additional 45 minutes past my pickup time. I would have asked for a refund had I not already paid after about 20 minutes. When I finally did get my food it was burned and very poor quality. I’m going to attach a picture. Needless to say I’m annoyed I wasted my money and I implore you to think twice before...
Read moreI used to be a regular here a long time ago, and I got one bad order.....after several decent experiences...I REALLY WANTED to give them another try so I looked at the recent reviews and saw that the people who had issues were not offered a way to make it right (refund ect) ..thats exactly what happened to me ..I was surprised because most places will refund a bad or wrong order (unless someone is abusing it) ... I had ordered from them multiple times and the one time it was wrong ...no compensation they kept the money ...so after reading the reviews and seeing others were not offered a refund for a bad order ..
