I have complained about this location several times to you guys and never have I had a resolution from the corporation or the franchise owner.
They mess up my order regularly, they are rude, they tell you to pull around when your order needs more time- and then they completely forget about you! You cant understand them when they "pitch" thru the drivethru window bc they ramble as quickly as an auctioneer.
They covered my sons sundae in nuts once when I said no nuts- he is deathy allergic- the evening manager had me come back and made a new one for free... a rare moment of decent customer service considering they almost killed my kid 2 nights earlier.
They once gave my cold brew instead of tea. When I called to complain they told me to come back tomorrow and they would refund me and replace it for free (especially considering the cold brew was more expensive) which was a lie. They had me pay for my tea the following day and gave me the 30 cents I had been overcharged the previous day for the item that they incorrectly entered into the system... so they did NOTHING for me but give me the change difference for a drink that I threw in the trash- I hate coffee, which is why I drink tea. They never corrected the problem.
There newest charming move has been throwing out my receipt and just handing my card back. I asked them where my receipt was bc I do the surveys CONSTANTLY hoping at some point someone will take it seriously or I could get compensated for their ongoing AWFUL service, but nothing happens, especially now that they haven't been giving me my receipts.
When I asked them to reprint the receipt they said that would take hours and they may not have time, even tho I offered to tell them the exact time of transaction and order. The woman on the phone said she would handle it by the next day (which wouldve been yesterday). When I went to the store yesterday and told them I needed my reprinted receipt from the previous day, the lady yelled from the back to the young man at the drive thru window helping that she hadn't had time. I then asked him to print it and he told me the same thing "it will take hours and I really dont have time."
There really is no point in even doing your surveys besides the free donut for my daughter when I order my tea (cross your fingers that it isn't coldbrew!) bc nothing is handled appropriately by you guys nor does the franchise offer any sort of resolution- in person, gift card, or general attempts to...
Read moreWith this DD being right down the street it used to be my go-to. I went 3-6 times a week, and for months I never had a problem, their A team was phenomenal. However recently idk what happened. I ordered coffee on a Saturday afternoon and they must have had new employees. Taking 42 minutes to receive 1 hot and 1 cold coffee. I let it slide. Then during the week those same employees were working. Normally I'd order online and show up 4-10 minutes later to have it waiting. Yet these new employees took 25 mins, didn't tell me they were out of an ingredient and couldn't make my coffee until 22 minutes in, then gave me the wrong size. I was worn down and didn't complain. Another issue happened within 10 days. I finally looked for a solution through the app. Someone emailed me and all I said was i wanted the coffee I never received because it was wrong. Corporate gave me the runaround and said they will have the owner of that franchise contact me. They never did. I went back to corporate to tell them I was never contacted please just add points toy card so I can be made whole for the order they messed up. They refused. No one ever contacted me.
So here I am, doing what I told them I'd do and make bad reviews over the internet. My only recourse.
This place is horrible. Won't help you out if you have an issue. It is overpriced sugar. Their employees never greet you and have bad attitudes. Finally horrible customer service from corporate offices.
AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. Better yet, do yourself a favor and avoid the Dunkin donuts brand...
Read moreI’ve been taking my daughter here 2-3 times a week for the past 4 years and she’s been getting the same thing during that time. When going through the drive through, we ask for a “chocolate frosted donut and a powdered sugar donut with chocolate in it”. Sometimes she receives chocolate glazed, chocolate frosted with sprinkles, chocolate frosted with chocolate in the middle...etc. This isn’t rocket science. She’s asking for 2 basic dounts, not a dozen dounts. I could see more room for error when ordering a larger quantity, however, it’s only 2 donuts. When we go inside, which, we usually do now so that we can verify what they’re grabbng, the employees are not very welcoming. I.e. they don’t smile or say good morning. Not a very welcoming place. I’ve been to several other locations, and this is by far the worst location I’ve been to. Oh yea, and don’t ask for more than 1 fountain water, they have to charge you for it. I know this review seems petty, but when it happens often, i think it should be put out there. There are some attributes that are nice, but as of right now, the bad, which is a simple fix, is out weighing the good. Smile and the order(s) right....
