McDonald's — Restaurant in Parma

I’m giving 5 stars for the guy working the first window this morning. He just changed my day completely. I pulled in the drive thru crying overwhelmed from life trying to order food and I didn’t get my thoughts together before I pulled in..so sorry to the girl who got frustrated taking my older! But back to my guy 🤞🏼🤘🏼 THANK YOU for being patient with me when I realized I didn’t have my wallet and had to tap to pay! I was hungry and frustrated and you treated me with pure kindness sir! Used the app and ordered food-line for lunch was just starting- for some reason there was a pause and we didn’t move for almost 10 minutes- finally got to the window- pretty laid back group for a lunch rush when I peered inside- was given the food- went home- did not receive the fries for my kids- the nuggets from my wife’s meal were not present- I double checked the order and everything was correct in my orders placed- so long wait, I placed the order for them, no verification, no drive. I would have gone back but based on the experience management is not...

I only dine in so can't speak to the drive through but I want to say that this might be the best McDonald's I've ever been to.

Smart and friendly staff. Service is fast. Fries were great every time. Loved the extra char on the Big Mac. That's how it's supposed to be done.

I've been here five times now and the food is great consistently. I've been to fancy McDonald's where the food wasn't as good and the prices were ridiculous. But here, they have their act together.
