JUST went through the drive thru (11/19/18 @ 11PM) and the woman on the other end taking the order had THE WORST attitude. I said "I have a question" and she said "Alright" with a rude attitude, only followed by "WHAT" for a my question of what came on a specific burger, after which I repeated she said "All the toppings". A simple "Of course", "Sorry I didn't catch that", and listing the condiments and toppings would have been appropriate. This was only made worse by the fact that the lady wearing the headset (a man took my money and handed my food- without any sauces for nuggets/fries), was saying "This drink machine is so crazy" while we were at the drive thru waiting on 2 cokes, which was what took the longest. While waiting, the man answered the phone and told whoever was on the line asking about an employee that they "weren't there" which in all my years working was always told to me as something you don't disclose. Her name tag said "Ana" and considering she was the only other person with a headset and had the same tone/voice, she had to have been the one to take the order. I've worked fast food. I went to this Wendy’s because it was nearby and I ordered the JBC meal and the total price was $5.33 I gave $10.33 so in total I am supposed to get five dollars change however one of the employees forgot to give me my change back so I said to employee “where’s my change?” and he replied “oh I forgot”. How do you forget a $5 dollar change and not only that my chicken nuggets was 3 pieces not 4 and they were also cold. Last week I went to this Wendy’s again and I order 4 for 4 meal and I ask for pink lemonade, not the Wendy’s brand the Minute Maid one and the cashier charge me extra for the Wendy’s brand regular lemonade in which I did not ask for. First why is the cashier charge me extra if the drink that is already in the meal?!? Second I ask for “PINK” lemonade and the cashier gives me regular yellow lemonade!?!? Read moreStaff at this location are rather rude, everytime you order through the drive through especially the same woman has this tone in her voice as if you placing an order is annoying her. My last experience i wasnt sure how to redeem a free jr frostee with the keychain promotion they have and asked at the window and the woman gave me a hard time and after i said chocolate frostee she gave me a vanilla one. In asking for the correct flavor again she gave me attitude and told me that i have to order through the speaker and not at the window. (Keep in mind there was no line in the drive through or inside) but the attitude i received made it seem like i was holding them up.
